Pros: - Beautiful nature - Private beach - Peaceful and calm place - Friendly and very helpful staff - Convenient store and cafe near lobby with a good view - Pretty houses - Kayaking for 300 thb 2 hours was very good Cons: - If you need anything more or you arrived on main Phi-phi pier be ready to spend 300thb one way 3 times a day. Or 1500 for a private boat - A very dirty swimming pool - In my opinion there is bad water filtration. Always a bit of a salty taste in the shower and during brushing teeth - No place to swim properly. One beach is a bit dirty because of people and boats. The private beach is full of rocks/corals and the depth is very small. Have to walk really far from land

Koh Phi Phi Holiday Resort offers a peaceful escape with stunning beachfront views and a great mix of nature and comfort. I enjoyed the friendly service, delicious breakfast options, and the relaxing atmosphere away from the busier parts of the island. The private beach was a definite highlight! While some areas of the resort could use a little refresh, overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great choice for those seeking serenity on Phi Phi Island.

Very nice property, right on the beach. Polite staff, right from check in , to the moment we reached reception for check out. Then one pathetic experience with the lady who did our check out formalities over just a bottle of water. Wasn't about paying for it but the way it was communicated ie ' you won't get it because you've checked out now ' WOW. Beware of this rude lady Otherwise , awesome property,

The youth hostel is on the beach, and the sunset is super beautiful. There is a beach party downstairs, which is very lively. The music ends at two o'clock in the morning, so you can go to bed. The boss' service is very good and very enthusiastic. The hygiene in the room is so-so, and the hygiene in the bathroom is worrying. But the price is an advantage, and so is the location. If you don’t mind hygiene issues, this hostel is your first choice.

Awesome hotel !! it’s hard to walk. The pool closes early, but such rules are on the whole island ((in the bungalow we were on the 2nd floor above the pool, there is no Internet, this is a big problem (But the hotel is clean. The staff at the reception are angry (((I liked it so much nature, silence and birds. An interesting hotel for a change.

The hotel is simply super for the money. Everything is more expensive on Phi Phi, for example, 1.5 liters of water costs 40 BAHT, and on the mainland 14 BATH. Therefore, room prices are more expensive here. 1163 BAHT for two days on PHI PHI for two. Room M27 with air conditioning, good Internet and a private bathroom, TV (we did not need it), water was supplied once. Shampoo and shower gel available. Of course, the room had some drawbacks, such as: 1) the hot water did not work, although there was a heater, we did not check it right away, and then we were too lazy to go to the reception and washed ourselves with cold water. 2) after a shower, not all the water went into the drain (incorrect floor slope). 3) our room was on the corner of the hotel and there was increased noise from motorcycles and conversations of passers-by (but this was also a plus, it was not on a mountain, but in the lowest place possible in this hotel). There was a small climb when approaching the hotel, we coped with it normally, it was training before going to observation decks 2 and 3. We did not have any horrors with lizards and other creatures crawling into the room, and there were no holes in the walls and floor. Somewhere the paint on the walls was uneven and there were no slippers 😁, but I repeat for the price we paid we did not expect 5*. When booking at PHI PHI you need to pay special attention to the height of the hotel, climbing to the observation decks along the way we met hotels located much higher than ours and guests lived in them and went up and down there several times a day. Well, do not forget about the proximity to the bars in terms of noise.

Well, the place is quite and nice, if monkeys are not jumping on the roof early morning))if you choose upper apartment you will have a small workout coming upstairs)) but nice view there though

Hotel is a it far from the pier and it was hard to find as maps don't give the proper directions. The staff were incredibly nice. My only real complaint is that the water pressure in the shower and wash sink was weird and the shower head was filled with gunk so the water just sprayed out super hard, I just unscrewed the shower head and used it like a hose which was much better.

The rooms are clean, but you have to go to the reception to clean them. You have to buy your own water. There are towels, smart TV in the rooms, you can watch YouTube. In general, it's good.

There was everything you needed. Clean towels were brought every day. There was shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There was a TV, a thermos and an air conditioner in the room. I spent 3 nights at the hotel, it was quiet, no living creatures were seen in the room. The location is very convenient. Disadvantage: the shower is right at the entrance to the bathroom. If you washed yourself, you had to walk on the wet floor. Also, the water from the shower smelled very bad when turned on.
