Брали номер с бассейном, он просто шикарен! Расположение отеля не очень, но, такси возит исправно. Завтраки не брали, не знаем.

Отличный отель. Видно, что очень стараются поддерживать чистоту и порядок. Отель может и старый, но состояние отеля прекрасное. Персонал приветливый. Отдельно хочу отметить бассейны - чисто, удобно и просто здорово! Бассейн река просто супер! Дети просто в восторге! Завтраки на высоте. Небольшие минусы: 1. Отсутствие зубных щёток в номере, надо просить отдельно; 2. Неудобный выход из отеля - сделайте, пожалуйста, дорожку; 3. Стеклянный стол с трещинами; 4. Гольф кар так и не приехал при выселении (прошлись пешком по прекрасному отелю).

Foods taste were terrible.TV and air conditioner needed to be repaired. Very uncomfortable and less valuable for large amount of budget paid, I think.

2 adults and 1 child had a great time staying here. The 5-year-old had a lot of fun. There are several swimming pools with different depths, lazy river + 4 slides + 4-meter deep diving pool, which is full of fun. There is also a private beach that is relatively clean and less crowded. The hotel facilities are generally good, but the sheets and bath towels in the room are relatively old... This does not give a very good impression and needs to be improved. Towels and sheets are very worn down! Could do with an overall change! There is plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning + fan is noisy, which may be of concern to light sleepers. We had a lot of fun every day, so we slept very well at night, and were only woken up by the air conditioning on the first night. The guest rooms are divided into several buildings, Block 6-7 is by the swimming pool, and the central location is more recommended. There will be mosquitoes, so it is recommended to bring mosquito repellent stickers and put them on the bedside! I killed 7 or 8 mosquitoes on the day of check-in, and I was not harassed again after closing the balcony door. Speaking of service, I personally think it is very good! I have seen some reviews saying that they are not friendly to Chinese people. This is probably corresponding. If you smile and be friendly to the staff, they will also respond. Don't think that you are superior because you are a guest. We went there during Songkran Festival, and the staff even played water guns with the children patiently. In terms of language, the reality is that English is still the international travel language. If you know English, it will be easy to communicate. Most of the hotel staff have good English. Don't expect everyone to speak Chinese. If your expectations are reasonable, you won't be disappointed. Location: At the northernmost end of Karon Beach, one side is the mountain and the other side is the sea. The nearest commercial center is 1-2 kilometers away, which is really inconvenient on a hot day of nearly 40C. It is recommended to download grab or bolt for taxis, bind the card and call a taxi, and there is no big problem. There are many delicious restaurants in the center of Karon, and the cost-effectiveness is very high. It is recommended to go out at night! The hotel's food is relatively monotonous, and you will get tired of it after eating a few times. It is still recommended to bring children here! If you are a couple, you may choose another one, because it is all families and it will be noisy haha.

良い面 プールと立地は非常に良かった。 まず、プールは通常の大人用プールがあって、それプラス子供用に流れるプールと、４ｍくらいの飛び込み用(個人的にはこれが一押し)と高所からのスライダー(二押し)があって、子供たちは大喜び。 海もとてもきれいでした。言ったのは2024年4月です。 朝食は大人1人800バーツ、子供は400バーツでしたが、かなりの高品質だったことは認めざるを得ません。正直、普通に良かった。 勿論、マリオットとかアナンタラとかと比べると劣りますが、費用対効果的には非常にポイントは高い。 悪い面 時期的な問題かもしれませんが、トイレは凄い蚊が多かった。部屋にも羽アリ？みたいな虫が10匹以上いたので、寝る前は戦争でした。 タイのホテルで5つ星ならもう少し綺麗なホテルもありますが、良い面もあったので、そことのバランスで行くかどうかを決めるべきだと思います。 あと、チェックインが15時でチェックアウトは11時でした。 マリオットなどは12時チェックインで、早めに行けば、早くチェックインできるし、チェックアウトも12時でしたので そこはいまいちな点。 ホテルスタッフの態度はタイ人にしたら良いと思いますが、マリオット、アナンタラとかと比べるとちょっと劣ります。 結論：1回は行くべきかもしれませんが、私たちは2回目はないかな。。。という感じです。(でも、プールは本当にお勧め！)

The balcony blinds need to be raised and lowered manually. They are really heavy and my hands hurt from pulling them every day. They helped me change my original room type the next day, thank you very much. The hotel's service awareness is very good, but the training and management are a bit chaotic. Before and after the first day of check-in, there were two waves of staff who opened the door to my room with a master card. We were in the room at that time. I'm really sorry for paying 2k+ for a night. Price... In addition, the hotel's room cleanliness is really average, there is dust everywhere. There are very few Chinese people in this hotel. The rooms we stayed in on the first day were all Indians, and the rooms we moved to after that were almost all Russians.

It has its own beach but there are no shops such as 711. When ordering takeout, there is no driver to take orders. If you want to buy something or eat, you have to take a taxi to the town. The 10-minute journey costs 400 baht. It costs RMB 160 to come and go.

The hotel is located at the northern end of Karon Beach, about ten minutes walk to Karon Street. The main thing is that the scenery is good. There is no need to check in to some famous sea view coffee shop. How can it be compared to the old local five-star hotel. Be careful when going to the swimming pool. The steps and ground of the lazy river are uneven, so be careful to scratch your feet.

Where is the sea? ? Looking out from the balcony is a big tree. Standing on tiptoes, you can see a little bit of the sea on the side. The bathtub on the left is another building! ! It’s really a lie! ! I contacted Ctrip and the reply was that the hotel had no rooms, so if the room I booked was gone, why don't they give me a random room? Shouldn’t those who are service-minded should upgrade to a room type when they don’t have a room? And then we checked that the same room type could be booked on Ctrip during the few days we stayed! ! In the end, Ctrip refunded 1,500. I’m not saying that Ctrip is not good. They handled it very quickly and responded very quickly, but it’s really terrible to stay in this kind of hotel! In addition to these, the hotel is halfway up the mountain. Whether you go to Karon or Padang, you need to drive. The nearest meal and massage require about 10 minutes of walking on the mountain road. Secondly, many high-rise rooms have to walk several flights of stairs before taking the elevator to their rooms, which is not convenient at all with children. And there is a mountain road behind our room, which is very noisy! Also, there is a distance from the swimming pool to the room, which requires walking➕climbing➕elevator. However, there are many swimming pools for both adults and children. Finally, there is the children's paradise. For those who must book a hotel and want a children's paradise, this is not recommended! ! It's a small one, just simple things and a small slide.

They upgraded me to a large villa on the first night, and later upgraded one of our spa rooms to a pool room, which was a great experience!
