The room and service are ok. We stayed in a room next to the swimming pool, which is very convenient for swimming. The air conditioning in the room is not very good, the noise is very loud and cannot be adjusted!

Very lovely place, close to a lot of things but also off the main road so quieter and not as busy. Nice restaurant with very pretty views

Room Facilities: Very old and dirty, quilts and torn curtains were filled with unknown brown liquid. There were no disposable slippers and sanitary napkins. The shower head was dripping even if it could not be turned on. The air conditioner did not work well, it leaked, it made no sound, and the air conditioner could not be turned on. There was also engine noise. The noise from the engine lasts all night plus the dripping water. Just sleep without making any noise. The view in the restaurant is okay, but the breakfast table is useless except for the beautiful scenery.

It's pretty good, quite satisfactory. Except for the fact that there is no elevator and it's very tiring to go upstairs, everything else is okay. The breakfast and environment of the hotel are good and make people feel happy.

The experience of staying for 3 days was nothing short of perfect. There are more than 700 rooms with direct access to the swimming pool during the peak season, which are very child-friendly. Except for the simple breakfast, everything else is good. The bed is very big, probably 2 meters tall. This pool room is the first choice for families with children. There are no other charges for 2 large and 2 small children!

Staff was very helpful and in any kind of problem they acted very quickly to solve the issue. Hotel is located in a quiet area of Patong and is easily accessible. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool was great. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of fruits and salads.

Hotel very unfortunate that there is no longer a shuttle to go to the beach bathroom of the rooms to be reviewed

Location wise- quiet and near to store like 7e It is in patong itself..about 15-20min walking to the beach Not recommended to stay here..better find hotel near kalim beach Cleanliness- the room is old,water is dirty,need to wait a few min to get clear water Service&amenities-deposit about 2k baht,ridiculous,no iron at all,per piece 40baht,not allowed early check in Please dont trust the picture..the place is not as per picture..very disappointed..i am sorry bad experience here..

Price: I booked a regular room for nearly 400 yuan, and I had high expectations. Because I booked it at the wrong time, I was told after landing that the room was no longer available, and then it was upgraded to a deluxe room for more than 500 yuan. I was told that I could move to it the next day. I got a common room and checked the environment. It was really bad. When I opened the window of the hotel with over 300 yuan, I saw a wall... and I could only upgrade to a deluxe room. It was not worth it anyway. I stayed in a pool room a few years ago and I thought it was very good. I went to the pool room again this year and it completely needs renovation. The air conditioner was as old and noisy as the generator. It was impossible to sleep unless it was turned off. The light in the bathroom is not bright and it is dark, the tap water is muddy when it comes out, everything is old, the room is so different from the first time I stayed there, terrible memories
