The location is good, walkable to the beach, night market and a lot of shop outside the hotel. The hotel also provides luggage storage services. The staff is very nice also, the day we leave is raining, the staff also take umbrella for us.

The receptionist lady only knows how to say “no” for everything we asked for (e.g. photo has 2 chairs at balcony, but there is only 1 chair. We asked for 1 more chair, no). The lift is not working properly. During our two days stay, lift broken down for 2 times. Trip.com shows a photo of room with 1 queen and 1 single beds for 3 persons and price included for 3 persons, but they only allow to stay 2 persons and charge extra 500 bth for 3rd person. There is no fried rice or noodles or anything at breakfast, just plain rice with chicken curry and egg. However, if you dun care anything but want to stay near beach with affordable price, you can stay. Otherwise, stay away from it.

Good accomodation for budget travelers

The hotel is located near the beach, the place is quiet, which is a plus! There is always water with lemon for guidance. Cleaning every day, standard breakfast - fruits, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, salad, 2-3 types of fried eggs, sometimes potatoes, rice with chicken, sometimes small pancakes, toast, coffee. The downsides are that they don’t always cut fruit, the last few days there was only watermelon, if there are a lot of people you will have to “fight” for food, the water is sweet like yuppie instead of juice. But for such a budget price the breakfast is not bad. What I didn’t like was the crowing air conditioner, like a slaughtered rooster that crows all day long, the air conditioner right above the bed, the air conditioner mode is strange - either too warm or too cold. At first they gave us a Deluxe room with one large bed and one small one, the room was very spacious, but the Wi-Fi was bad, it kept cutting out, the rooms were old, not like in the photo, of course, there were ants. The water pressure in the shower is also strange - sometimes it’s too cold, sometimes it’s boiling water, it’s difficult to adjust. Then the air conditioner started leaking, at first they also wanted us to simply not set the temperature above 24 degrees, although it is very cold, and they said we’ll figure it out tomorrow, but we insisted that we wouldn’t sleep in the heat and dripping air conditioner, in the end we changed the room, but to a small one, below the category, although usually in such cases they give better, although the Wi-Fi was better there, but the shower was very small and all the water poured onto the floor, plus you could hear the rooster there more, it was impossible to sleep. Hotel facilities are good value for money. Occasionally bugs may come out, but I think most accommodations in this price range in Phuket will. The front desk staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. You can leave your luggage even after check-out. The accommodation itself was also quiet and there was no inconvenience in using it. Air conditioning is also cool.
