Hotel is slightly older but their service and small details made up for it, 19th floor is a rooftop bar and also breakfast spot very beautiful view and decorations! We went for evening drinks too sunset was BEAUTIFUL and loved the breeze. Kudos to that. Breakfast selection not wide but it was okay, coffee was also delicious. Only thing was they never answer the call, not receptionist, not operator not even room service. Someone picked up and hung up after realized we spoke English then never picked up again. So we went down and there was someone at the counter they just didn’t want to pick up? We thought maybe it was at night so in the morning we tried to call to ask where breakfast no one picked up either. Strange.

Great hotel in downtown Phuket town. Friendly staff, comfortable spacious room and amazing gym. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! The room, location if you travel on boat to another islands, the breakfast is fantastic! The roof top bar is amazing!!!

The furnishings of the rooms are old and the sheets/towels are not very clean

Amazing hotel with a huge gym and nice pool. Huge room with everything needed including safe. Kettle with bottled water and coffee provided daily. Breakfast buffet was A+. Great WiFi. 10/10

Within walking distance to 3 Michelin bib gourmand restaurants, Tu Kab Khao, Raya restaurant and Khao Tom Thanon Di Buk. 7-11 store conveniently located nearby. Hotel location is suitable for tour pick up and drop off.

Location is not very convenience, easy access to restaurants, the famous Tarang road is just 10 minutes walk away.

Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

The service at the front was very quick and we got a room before 2 pm. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The front of the booked us a taxi to the airport

Old hotel, not a good environment. Front desk was rude. Asked us to wait for checkin later some other lady walked in and front desk immediately checked in when I went to the Reception again then she realised that she had asked me to wait. I had booked for King bed but she gave me 2 single beds o showed her the booking from trip.com still the other lady rudely replied that she has no other room. I kept on requesting for king bed but she was adamant so I not choice then to accept. Breakfast was also not so good. overall I would suggest to book a hotel in Patong , Karon or Kata beach. old town doesn’t match the vibe

Awesome stay! Genuinely happy with this choice of hotel, it’s an older hotel as you can see from the decor but everything was done right. No issues with cleanliness of the room or room service. Counter check in check out was also seamless. They even give a voucher for 1 for 1 cocktails at check in. We did visit the bar on the upper floor which had a nice view of the city, even though there’s not much ppl, but a**osphere was nice and during Friday they have a singer during the evening. Breakfast is served at the same place, menu pretty similar to other hotels but maybe a few extra stuff and at least they had better presentation and cleanliness here. Bed is nice and comfortable and room is pretty spacious. Toilet might be considered cosy for some but it’s alright for us. Water pressure is fantastic. We did not use the gym and pool but their gym is just enormous and looks so big and professional. I think you can find all the machines you can imagine. Thumbs up, and especially to the house keeping which had no issues cleaning our room even when we went out later in the afternoon. Location is good, vv central in Phuket town and walking distance to the Sunday weekend market that we wanted to visit. They also have a schedule for free shuttle to Patong if you need.
