Facility was amazing, but super poor breakfast options and staff there always on the phone and sitting chair. No service at all. Housekeeping staff was cleaning room while talking on the phone.

Amazing. I went out and fell into the pool. And so on all day. Beauty.

I have stayed in many hotels, and to be honest, this hotel is the worst. The hotel is very old, with poor sanitary conditions and basically no services. The cleaners simply swept the floor every day. On the first day, in front of us, they wiped the basin with a bath towel and wiped the mirror with a face towel. The guests in the hotel are basically all Russians. I asked the front desk and they said that there are very few Chinese people coming. I don’t know if it’s because the fighting people are rough and rough, so they don’t pay much attention to the details of the hotel. Breakfast was also very average. The only advantage is that the location is good. Karon Beach is just across the road, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around.

The hotel had a water and power outage, so it recommended a 5-star hotel in the mountains for free, and the 5-star hotel that was referred later was very good. Everything is very good, very new. The picture is of this 5 star hotel from the back.

booked and paid in advance on line thru our agent for 10 days (5/10/22 -15/10/22) only to find on arrival at 10.30 pm the hotel closed for renovations and had been closed for TWO YEARS ,we were absolutely devastated . Thanks to our taxi driver, his boss found us temp accomodation back in patong for the night getting to bed at 1.30 am after 13 hrs travelling from sydney. The next day flight centre had us in new accom within two hrs, upgrading our holiday to a luxury cabana at the Centara hotel which included private outdoor spa/shower at no extra cost to us. HOW DID SOMEONE AT REMADA TAKE PAYMENT FOR A BOOKING THAT HADN'T BEEN AVAILABLE FOR 2 YRS,would this be considered fraud !

The staff and customer service at the Ramada Phuket South Sea has been amazing! The room was as advertised and we slept well. We do however, have a few concerns about how the hotel and its available services were not communicated with us when we booked in August or when our arrival date is closer. -The pool swim up bar is not available. We saw other swim up bars in other hotel pools active and serving. -The fitness center is not available. -The spa is not available. -There is no phone access in the room. We had to rely on using the LINE app. -The restaurant that is advertised as the Ramada property restaurant is not available. In fact, we had to use a restaurant adjacent to the property to eat breakfast, as told by the front desk. When my husband went to get breakfast, there were other tourists not staying at the Ramada, and they were waiting to order and serve, in which there was only one server available to everyone. No buffet! We did not communicate this directly to the property because they were the first ones not to communicate with us in the first place. We did pay a good amount of money to stay at the property that is not fully functional. We don’t appreciate the lack of communication. We would not have stayed here if we knew that the property was lacking the amenities as advertised. We were not given any warning or any updates as to the condition of the hotel, until we arrived and asked questions. As Viva Wyndham members, Club, Wyndham members, and RCI members, we will to hesitate to recommend this property due to the lack of communication and services available. I don’t trust this property to communicate to people that I could possibly recommend to stay at this place. My reputation would be on the line as well. Michelle Morales

I was looking for a hotel on Karon on the first line. There were very few options, since it was season. And the choice fell on Ramada. I paid 340,000 rubles. Breakfast is poor, you won't leave hungry. The room stock is shabby. The only plus is the sea across the road. The sea is amazing, clean compared to Patong

Let me start with the fact that we were very tied to dates (we wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday while traveling), we decided to go to Thailand in a week, so the choice fell on a tour package. Since January is high season, the choice of hotels was quite limited. We stopped at Ramada and made a reservation. And then we read the reviews. I was ready for anything - old plumbing, tired rooms, lack of renovation, dirt. In the end, everything is not so scary) The main thing is to request a number after renovation. Quite a clean, fresh room, with new (albeit not expensive) furniture, new plumbing. We have a shower and a bath in our room. Comfortable double bed, air conditioner works great, sometimes even too much) Breakfast is meager, yes, but you won’t go hungry. Scramble, toast and sausages - no worse than at home) The location of the hotel is excellent - the sea is a stone's throw away. In the absence of showers and toilets on the beach, it is not difficult to walk to the hotel. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. I needed a paperclip to replace my SIM card - they provided it right away) Everyone with a smile and a good mood) A man in a booth at the hotel (possibly security), if he sees that he cannot cross the road due to heavy traffic, he comes out, takes out some kind of flag and helps him cross safe) The pool is dirty, but we didn’t come for the pool and in general, perhaps this is a biased attitude, hotel guests swim. The hotel has a small cozy area, in the evening it is very quiet and peaceful on the balcony. This is our first time in Thailand, but we have already traveled half the world and worked in the hotel industry ourselves. Therefore, I recommend the hotel, everything is worthy!

Shocked by the hotel and the tour operator Pegasus tourist. When purchasing the tour, they said that renovations had recently been made. Don't believe it, renovations are underway. In the morning I start drilling, chiseling, etc. Moreover, upon check-in, it turned out that our “superior room” was not yet renovated. Although no one mentioned this when booking. The cleaning is terrible, they may forget to bring towels. Shampoo and gel for some reason, 1 bottle each. They don't put it in either. Although there are three of us. They asked for robes because... They weren't in the room either. They gave 3, one of which was torn, I’ll attach a photo. Everything in the room is wretched and shabby. The pool also has chipped tiles. Someone already wrote about this before. The only plus is the beach across the road. The beach is great. Breakfast is average. There are 4 stars and better. And you can’t call the hotel a 4 star. 3 no more.

Super neglected hotel (lack of maintenance), torn and stained towels, toilet with water leaks, lack of toiletries... Very little breakfast with products that are not too fresh. They ask for a cash deposit, they do not accept cards. The only notable positive thing is the staff, young and very friendly people.

Super radiant staff who speak only English. The room is ok, some old furniture, but overall it looks good and it’s comfortable to live there. The first negative that I noticed: there was no closet, but I don’t have much stuff. The second disadvantage: I used their washing service, the simplest stains did not come off. Third: there is practically no one at the pool, it feels like the hotel is half empty, there is a bar that opens at about one o’clock in the afternoon, but there are no cocktails there, everything is canned: beer, cola, Fanta, Sprite, water. Looks sad. BUT, nevertheless, I didn’t come to hang out forever on the hotel grounds, I walked, and for such a vacation - the hotel is super. There is a 7/11 nearby, shop there. The deposit at the hotel is 100 dollars, if you take something from the paid bar, pay in baht upon check-out, and you will get this 100 dollars back. There is a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, it seems that I didn’t use them, I took my own. Cleaning is done daily at 9-10 am. There is a swimming pool for children. The hotel is nice and beautiful

Small hotel on the first line, 1 minute walk from the beach. It doesn’t have its own territory, but there is a beach nearby and the territory of a neighboring hotel where you can take a walk if you really want to. At the reception there is a very attentive girl named Sessa. She responded to all our requests. Special thanks to her for this. Beach towels are changed as many times as you like. They always brought 3 pieces (usually in hotels the staff forgets that you need 3, not 2, and every time you go you remind them, but here there are no reminders). I read a lot of complaints about the hotel. Both for cleanliness and service, but they treated us very carefully, all the shortcomings were corrected very quickly.

We are very disappointed with this hotel. we have been trying to move from a room that is in disrepair for 5 days. all plumbing is leaking. the closet is broken and almost killed the child. everything in the room is dirty! the toilet is all broken and dirty! sorry but all in poop. this room is disgusting. down the web. dirty bathroom and so on. our requests to be relocated were ignored. in the end they offered a room in even worse condition. we arrived at the 4th hotel. it's not 4 stars! moreover, when we arrived at 17:00, our room or our reservation was not found. we bought a tour in October. paid big money! for the comfort of a small child. The room smells of dampness and mold. the child has already picked up your rotovirus and allergic asthma! Also, the hotel staff erase bad reviews. I am posting this again.

We stayed at this hotel for the May holidays. We checked in quickly, the girl at the reception was very polite and pleasant. The room overlooked the garden, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed in both the bath and beach. They always provided one bottle of water per person. The hotel is located next to the sea on the first line, crossed the road and there it is the sea. There are shops and various cafes nearby; on Tuesdays and Fridays there was a night market, which is located nearby. Breakfast took place from half past six to half past ten, which was very convenient. The variety of breakfasts is good for unpretentious people, everything is always fresh, there was enough for us. In front of the hotel there is such a small thing, but very pleasant: at the entrance there is a small mini shower where you can rinse off the sand from your feet. The 100S deposit upon check-out was returned to us without any problems, and they also gave us breakfast in lunch boxes on the way to the airport. To summarize: the hotel is good, with pleasant, polite staff, good infrastructure, everything is nearby within walking distance. We wish the hotel prosperity and many thanks to the hotel staff for their professionalism and good level of service.
