very nice motel

The hotel was very clean. I loved that it was pet friendly so I could bring my puppy. Staff was so nice and welcoming. I plan on using this hotel in the future for my husband and I.

The first stay was in section one that needs updating. And we stayed one night in section two, this section was in much better shape, and I will ask for this section on my next stay.

I like the restaurant, but a little pricey. Room was great. Parking not so much. I have a handicap plaque and had to pull down the hill.

It was awesome . Traci checked on us everyday and was right on top of anything we needed !

Had ants in our bathroom and the bathtube leaked water all over the floor

The staff was so friendly! I received a text from them everyday asking me how everything was and if I needed anything. The room was good, but there was nowhere to hang anything so I had to make-do. The floor also had a soft spot in an area, but it wasn’t super noticeable. The bed only had two pillows, maybe two more would’ve been better. The safe did not lock, but thankfully we didn’t need to use it. There was only one bedside table, one more would have been more convenient but the one in the room worked well enough. The room was clean and for a weekend stay it was a good spot!

Everything thing was good, I had a room on the 3rd floor that I wished was different but it wasn’t the end of my world I sm almost 60 and I am looking at it was exercising that I don’t normally do

I specifically asked for a 1st floor room, it was on my profile, they acknowledged that they saw it, and gave me 3rd floor, i have prosthetic knees. We accidentally locked our bathroom, i went to the front desk at 10:30 pm, it was locked and closed for the night, an hour later, my husband got the door unlocked to the bathroom with a bobby pin. Saturday, we had a wedding to attend and woke up to no hot water, in our entire building we were told they would try to get someone to fix it that day.

I didn’t like nothing,the clerks briana and the young man was cool that’s it, other then that roaches, no hot water for two or more days, tub clong with long black hair couldn’t fix it, it was so much going on, and I’ve stayed at a west gate for years my mom have timeshare that’s no Westgate

Staffs are not customer friendly, the door locks died on us because of battery and we had to stay out in cold at midnight for more than an hour to get help as there was no one at the property and the phone number does not work as no one picks up, we had to drive to another property(as posted in the lobby, same business - Westgate) to get help and the receptionist there does not care and when mention about the phone number does not work, the person in reception mentioned it’s a cultural thing to dial 0(though I have tried all options said as per the voice commands). Had to wait there to get a security to help us. To make it worse the next day, the water heater does not work in the morning and finally we have to use cold water to get ready! Overall our vacation is spoiled because of the stay there!!!

The toilet leaked the tv was not paired to remote correctly light flicketed. The keyless lock did not work correctly.

Everybody was helpful and pleasant. Will stay there again. Only bed accessible was very high and a bit hard to get in.
