老闆家的發財樹真的是高呀，走南闖北確實沒有見過這麼高的。有沒有研究植物的專家過來看看。上手摸一摸，希望今年有好財運。老闆家的民宿房間很大，衞生很乾凈。有自己的小院，可以曬衣服。老闆家也有電動車可以出租，很方便，服務周到。

我住的是特色套房，一百多元居然有一個超級大廚房，大陽台，大衞生間。乾淨衞生，美中不足的就是衞生間在房間門口，是獨立衞生間。我是不介意的，性價比超級高。房東會免費發攻略，超級詳細。

六月底就定了十一的房，一眼就相中了性價比很高的這個民宿，他們家三房和四房的都是小區的電梯房，其他應該是自建房的房型，老闆遵守契約精神沒有像有些民宿那樣臨時漲價或者取消訂單，真的很好！而且服務態度很好，黃金週小區停車場停不進去老闆告訴了我們停附近的一個公用停車場還報銷了停車費！沒有打櫃子用的金屬立式衣架所以顯得房間特別大，有三個廁所，一大一小兩個廁所分別在兩個房間裏，外面還有個廁所，主卧的廁所是一個電熱水器，外面的廁所和次卧的廁所是共用一個熱水器，所以洗澡得錯開時間洗～小區附近很多吃的還有個公園～另外提醒下睡不了硬床的外地遊客，民宿的床都是硬的，雖然比我在漳州和泉州民宿睡的牀板軟但是也基本兩三小時醒一次，哈哈，被硌醒的，真的無比佩服福建人民睡硬床的技能！睡的了硬板床的朋友們可以無腦沖了～

是自己的民房做的民宿一共好幾層，有樓梯，房間非常大，老闆很和氣，我們住的是猴研島房
不太滿意的是：房間花灑那個固定的東西壞了，衹能舉着，吹風機不好用，洗髮水洗完頭髮打結
最影響心情的是旁邊的雞，兩點半就開始叫，三點多又叫，每次都是一羣雞此起彼伏的叫，一直叫很久，快給我整瘋了，雞每個小時都會叫，最後凌晨五點多才睡着，八點多又起床出去玩，一整天沒精神
滿意的是：空調很新暖風很足（福建有些住宿空調製熱等於沒有，所以這點誇下），浴室有浴霸
日常價格不知道多少，我們春節假期來的是360一晚，這個價格，感覺可以稍微提升下用品啥的😂

晚上快10點到的平潭島，想着隨便找個民宿住一宿，第二天再到海邊去住，找到了海趣，老闆非常熱情，一路上一直聯繫，老闆媽媽還專門跑路口來接，雖然是普通家庭房民宿，設施確實一般，不過好在非常乾淨，衞生間洗澡衞生都不錯，讓人很放心。❤這家酒店是我本次出行住過的最好的酒店#衞生很乾凈的民宿

老闆人很好呀，訂房後就聯繫我們，給我們發攻略，發北線南線景點定位，然後我們就按老闆攻略去吃喝玩樂。。省心省事。。。然後摸一摸發財樹，撒有啦啦，下次再來玩。另外阿姨真的很好，親切熱情，特別喜歡阿姨在大院子晾被子，那叫一個壯觀。[呲牙][呲牙]。
