The room is good but the price is excessive for what they offer. There was not even a bottle of water in the minibar. The bed was comfortable but overall quality/price ratio is not worth it. The room costs €75 and they ask for a supplement for parking and breakfast!!

We liked it a lot, the staff has been very attentive and friendly. The rooms are very good and very clean. It is in a very good location. There is no need to hire the hotel parking, you can park very close to the hotel. The site is very quiet, it is located in the new area of ​​Pinto.

Comfortable triple room , nice barhroom. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast basic but adequate breads , pastries , cereal . Restaurant open late and good selection. Both breakfast and evening staff in the restaurant very friendly amd helpful. Little bit further out in Pinto than other hotels but had a great Uber driver during our stay. Price very reasonable and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are impeccable, the staff are very professional, always ready to help, the restaurant and the people who work there are 5 stars, an excellent breakfast, I will be back soon.

The hotel in question doesn't have a parking lobby for allowing you a minute to do your check in, then you have to do malabares with your car around a busy neighborhood while you complete the check in. Once you solve the situation, the parking lot they have is very good. Have in mind you must get a reservation for your parking lot at the hotel.

Located in one new part of Madrid. Bus near by, very good breakfast and helpfull support team. Nice prices at the lobby´s bar. Plenty of space inside the room, and very good insonorization. Well served as well by supermarket´s.

Hotel was in good condition and minutes away from our destination (Warner Park). Restaurant was closed because it was August. Beds were confortable, staff friendly and willing to accommodate. Only negative is the lack of pool. Found easy parking (free) in the street

Hotel with pleasant interior spaces. Comfort room. However, at night you can hear noise from the rooms next door. Breakfast has little variety, it could have cereals more suitable for children, other varieties of bread and fruit.

We took the weekend package with tickets to the Warner Theater included. An impeccable 3-star hotel with a great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Totally recommended if the plan is to visit Warner. ..................

Very good hotel. It is at the entrance to Pinto. Very quiet area with easy parking. Very clean and comfortable room. With a bathtub instead of a shower. Very friendly staff. Gym and spa. Lack of amenities. No minibar. We had a good stay.

The Hotel is well located and has a good restaurant service. The rooms are spacious. The only problem I had was at reception at check-out when I complained about the noise that a school staying at the hotel made that same night. The girl is very rude and not at all empathetic. He came to tell me that it was my fault for not calling reception. It's a shame that people like that are in front of customers. If the business were his, I'm sure he wouldn't have answered me like that.

All perfect! Comfort, cleanliness, service. The buffet is not very big but enough for any taste. Although it may seem like it is far from the train station, there is a circular bus that takes you outside the hotel and leaves you at the same station.

Quite neglected, dirty, lack of furniture, smell of sheets and room. Reception very good. A fair enough.
