The hotel is pretty good. The room has a kitchen. It is very convenient. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

The matress I slep on was terrible. It was slanted and I felt like I was falling out of bed all night.

Front desk staff members were incredibly responsive when we made inquiries or requests - excellent. The housekeeping policies were not a plus: towels replaced on the third day, sheets after 5 days except on request. There was no scheduled trash pickup: for a suite with a full kitchen, automatic daily trash collection would have been preferable. But again, when we requested extra sheets and trash pickup, the front desk acted immediately. Kudos to them.

Room is dirty notthing has been wiped down . Windows are cloudy yuki. Bathroom floor sticky shower wasnt washed down no coffee pot when there was supposed to be one. He went and got me one said your going to have to wash it its very dirty !!!

Stayed here 4 times, its always enjoyable, top notch staff and facilities. Lots of dining and party options close by. My favorite Pittsburgh staycation spot.

Waterfront hotel with views of the river. Directly across from fun areas for family or couples. Everything was clean, polite staff. Rougher parking garage with small spaces but able to park on-site which is appreciated. We will return during the summer for more walkable fun!

Wonderful stay. The parking garage is small and somewhat difficult to maneuver through, just a warning as I was not expecting it to be that difficult to park.

My family and I had a short stay here as we passed through Pittsburgh on our road trip. We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were accommodating and able to answer all our questions. The room was clean, it slept 4 people comfortably. I would definitely revisit Hyatt House in Pittsburgh.

Do not recommend! They charged me a smoking fee just for leaving a small line of an ash on a table. We smoked outside of the property and placed a smoking product on the table when we came back in. They even said the room did not smell of smoke, and sent me a picture of a small black line on someones finger after the swiped a table. RIDICULOUS! Charged me $214! Never again

Everything was nice, the bar was under construction making the lobby area slightly less appealing. Nice pool the kids enjoyed. Was suprised by the $20/day parking garage fee. The room was nice. I would liked to be able to stream kids shows on the tv in the room though.

Julian provided great service! Computer systems not working properly at check in. Room is lovely, but the bed and pillows were terrible. I only slept for about 3.5 hours. Hard as rocks. Sofa comfort was not much better. Would love to stay here again, but without sleep, I’m going to have to look somewhere else. 🙁

Parking deck was full overnight but the hotel had additional parking across the street which was fine:) Continental breakfast was great!

My family truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the exemplary service to the luxurious rooms, we felt like royalty. If your looking for a place to stay in the Pittsburgh area, look no further. This is it!

They are building a new bar so there was construction going on. I'm sure it will be nice once construction is done.
