Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West Reviews

This was the third hotel I went to on my first overseas business trip. It was the largest hotel I visited in the U.S. and had the best facilities. However, the staff's service felt a little lacking. The staff may have processed the check-out, but the card key stopped working with my companion's room starting one day. In the case of hotel room cleaning, it seemed to only be done on certain days of the week. Breakfast was acceptable and the cocktails at the bar inside the hotel were delicious.

I use it well.

Our room was clean and updated and comfortable. I was nice that it had a covered parking lot but the walk was somewhat far away having to climb down stairs and then back up to the lobby.

I love the architecture of this place and have stayed here several times. This is the first time our room had some skittles candy and platic wrappers left on the floor. The grout in the tub needs a good scrubbing. We booked for 4 (double queen) and only 3 big towels were in the room. Outside of the room was imaculently clean and maintained. It was the day before xmas eve day and xmas eve day, so perhaps not enough staff was retained for this period of time?

Stayed at the crown about a dozen times and the staff has always been very hospitable and responsive. Very quiet rooms and affordable

dirty sheets were on our bed! it looked like they were stained with blood

Our room was dirty. Dead and live bugs on bed. Blood stains on sheets. We were on 1st floor and window would not lock. (Homeless people outside). Door to room was horrible to get inside. You needed to throw your entire body weight into door to get it to open. It was a ghetto hotel.

I was double billed for this stay! I was billed $183.69 by ********** and $156.64 by the Crowne Plaza hotel. I waited in line for an hour at the front desk just to get an extra towel. The hot tub was broke. The TV volume couldn't be adjusted, with either of the remotes that were in the room, and it was stuck on a very high volume, so we couldn't watch tv.

Staff were all very helpful, especially Kenja at check in! A sign at the end of the hall by the doors going out to the parking garage would have been nice. I made it to the doors but wasn't away I had to go outside to get to the garage.

Rooms were very nice and clean. We thought the breakfast was great! Didn’t really do much else in the hotel.

the window to the room was open and would not lock. caused the ac to not work properly and although on 4th floor the proximity to trees and uneven pavement made it concerning. Also bathroom does not have a functional fan.

Very unique location that feels like a resort. I would definitely go back!

the property building design was excellent,felt like you were in a special place ,not just another square box boring motel.the pool was the best i ever been in,I will be back
