Morning breakfast was AWESOME...and the older female with glasses...didnt get her name...kept food stocked, area clean and even chatted with guests! I told her eggs were cold...she stired them and offered to get me some fresh hot eggs and went above and beyond...in her customer service! Kudos to her...I will return to Baymont Grand Haven...because of HER!

Amazing stay but it was very loud. I could hear everything from my neighbors and the people above me made an insane amount of noise the whole two night stay. When I brought it up I was told it was maintenance which I totally understand. But it just kept going way after hours. Otherwise though this place is incredible and I couldn’t recommend it more. Amazing bang for your buck and the people who work there are super nice. Very good quality hotel with good food, a bank and a Walgreens within walking distance. Very nice room. Highly recommend this place.

The ceiling was peeling and you could tell there was water damage. We had stink bugs in our room. The hot tub was green and the chemicals were so strong they burnt our skin, nose and throat. When I went to the front desk they couldn’t help me they wrote down my complaint and said that there wasn’t a manager on duty either day of our stay.

Didn't like no heat in bathroom. You have to leave door open to get heat. Otherwise decent for price.

They charged us too much money then would not credit our card back. The hot tub and pool were out of order as well. They must be running a credit card scam.

This is an older hotel on the outskirts of Grand Haven. Its big plus is being pet-friendly, and it was! There were lots of dogs in the Pet Area every morning. Because of the pet-friendly status, the furnishings were a bit on the utilitarian side - low pile carpet, basic furniture - as I would expect. The morning breakfast featured fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, a machine that made pancakes on demand, and French toast.
This is a great place to stay after a day of playing with your pet on the beach!

The breakfast was amazing and the room was excellent for the price you pay! The pool was nice and warm. I loved the christmas decorations, i plan to come back every other week with my family for a nice get away!

Staff was exceptional! Especially the breakfast host. Saturday night we could not sit in the hot tub as the chemicals were so strong. My throat burned snd my eyes watered. Use of the hot tub is a huge priority when booking lodging. Very disappointed. Other than the hot tub issue our stay was great.
