Was met at reception with the lovely Dave who is the hotels supervisor and an absolute assest to the company was made welcome and told a lot of information We couldn't work the lift then my husband got into it and door closed leaving me outside Dave came out and helped us we felt like ******🤣 The room and bathroom was absolutely spotless so thanks to the hard working housekeepers the bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in and I have stayed in a lot of Travelodge's so thanks again Dave and the housekeeper who cleaned our room for our lovely stay

I am currently staying at the Travelodge at the moment and it’s probably the worst time I’ve had here. The shower could be doing with a shower reseal especially top. The sealant is coming away. The shower head doesn’t move as the button is broken so you can’t move it, and the paintwork especially under the window could be doing with a refresh it’s horrible and that’s certainly not a king size bed in the bedroom

The worst hotel I have stayed in with the poorest service imaginable room never cleaned although I stayed 7 nights tea coffee milk and sugar never topped up and bin never emptied.

We have stayed at this Travelodge twice previously and happy to return. We did have a small issue with our room which we have contacted Travelodge about formally ,but otherwise a enjoyable revisit. The hotel is very well cleaned from our observations and staff we encountered polite and helpful . Special mention to Rebbeca who was lovely and charming lady , along with good knowledge of local attractions. We will revisit again ,thankyou to the staff

Booked this travelodge for my family for two nights for birthdays on the day of leaving at 10:40am a cleaner decides to walk in while my partner was waking up as most people do she sleeps with little on ie clothing. I was awake making coffee tv on so there was plenty of noise to know room isn’t empty taking in mind check is 12pm and male cleaners decide to enter anyways and walk in which alarmed my partner to try get the duvet to cover her and I took the man back out and confronted him he had no reasoning to why he did this 5 minutes later a find out he did the same thing to a young lady 3 doors down this is very degrading to a female the man was very seedy looking goes by the name sahil if your looking to book a few nights away and if your a female I would be cautious as I believe the way he did this with his little colleague this isn’t the first or second time this has happened very seedy cleaners who look to be on the prowl stay clear !

I use Travelodge for my work. Stay while travelling, this hotel was ideal for me as we got free car park next to motorway and a refurbished. Reception lad was really helpful with all the information. Will stay again

Stayed as flying from Edinburgh airport the next day. Reasonable price Free parking Close to amenities I do find the beds too hard Would've appreciated option of a cooked breakfast. ‐-------------------

It was nice stay at this Travelodge . I arrived at this travelodge very late at night lad at reception was really helpful and make sure I get room on ground Floor. Room was also very clean

Great location,very quiet,clean and staff very friendly, very close to shops ect and also the kelpies

Staying local to attend a family wedding held a few miles away. Easy access for taxi service to event

I have a few complaints about your hotel. I have to start from the first. That means from reception I didn't see anyone at reception most of the time. Also, the one who had given keys didn't give me proper guidance and didn't have any customer service skills. Secondly, the noise from the motorway didn't let me sleep. In addition to that, the room was very warm and couldn't open the window because of the noise from the motorway. Finally, the cleanliness was very poor ,hairs on bed and toilet, dusty headboards, a hanging TV remote. I will not visit the property again

This hitel was a convenient stop off on a business trip to the north of the country guy named dave on the desk very professional and a housekeeper named sahil a true gentleman

Though this is a Travelodge, we paid over £400 for a three night stay, very basic but problems with the keycard on a couple of occasions, nobody on reception which was an issue when the card wouldn't work. No hand soap in the bathroom, shower went from cold to really hot while in use. The single bed was really uncomfortable too. We've stayed in Travelodge's before without such issues, so all in all a bit of a dissapointing stay at this hotel, I don't think we'd stay there again next time we're in the area.
