Great hotel in a great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Port. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff overall. However, housekeeping was not up to par. We were promised housekeeping service after first night. Never got it. When I complained, we received new towels only and a trash bag for us to empty trash. When we did get housekeeping, only got new towels and trash emptied. Floor was dirty. Dirty glasses not replaced. Very disappointing.

great location especially to ferry and sunrise and sunset cruises. valet pkg and free shuttle service 3-11 pm within 1.5 mile radius so convenient! clean a decent gym with cardio machines and free weights. nice waterfront lounge and bar. walking distance to many restaurants!

We stayed overnight ahead of a medical appointment in Portland the next day. The valet parking was super convenient. The staff also quickly supplied a wheelchair to make it easy to access the property. We were able to order drinks at the on-site restaurant and bring them up to our room which was nice. We also could order Door Dash for dinner in our room. When it was time to leave they helped us carry our luggage out to our car from the room. It was all very helpful at a stressful time and we appreciated the service. The room is also beautiful, clean and modern.

We loved the beautiful view from the lobby/bar, and loved the convenience of location to all of the waterfront shopping and food.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The young gentleman who was working the valet parking was very welcoming upon our arrival. The room was clean and modern. We walked a short distance to one of the many downtown restaurants for dinner. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful accommodations, great staff and clean rooms. The location is on point best room in the house 652. It overlooks the ocean and the beautiful east Bay.

Was there for one night. Everyone at the desk is welcoming. Needed help from staff using computer (Mac; I use a pc at home). Sebastian was incredibly kind and helpful. Also, I love the hot chocolate with toppings!

Close to all the restaurants I dined at on Fore Street. Gorgeous large room. Complimentary water and Lindt Chocolate in my room! Added bonus, steps away from the adorable Polar Express train not to mention a holiday fireworks display and tugboat parade!!!

Lovely experience at check-in which went quickly. Fabulous room- new, comfortable, quiet, great lighting. Eco-friendly - glasses for water, toiletries in shower (rather than little throw-always). Love the cocoa in lobby! Highly recommend.

Clean and modern. Service was good. Good location. Had a strong cheap cologne smell that was off putting and seemingly everywhere. Bed was not comfortable at all. Poor water pressure. Hotel served its purpose but will be looking elsewhere.
