Municipal Thermal baths partly out of work, due to recent flooding. Hotel staff did not inform us of that, nor did Baths personnel. Hotel is in rundown condition with limited services available. Front staff is friendly but this property barely deserves a 3 star, let alone 4.

Aren't you mistaken in the hotel's rating? It is certainly a 3-star hotel and very favored. There weren't many people in the hotel, but the glasses and bottles from the previous afternoon that we had in the lobby were still there until the morning when I went to have breakfast. Few staff without any classification to be working in a hotel. Meal table with glass top with paper towels (4 stars ????) There is no social room just in the entrance hall. Dinner of no quality whatsoever, at the last dinner the chips were burnt and everyone complained and nothing was done. Friendly staff from reception to other employees. Reasonable room. I hope that my review will help to improve this hotel.

Colaboradores estava óptimas, atentas, prestáveis, simpáticos. Principalmente sra da Limpeza muito atenta e bom profissional. Mas os colchão nada confortável, frigorífico avariado (fazia barulho), faltou Wi-Fi, faltou agua. Pequeno almoço muito pobre, sempre mesmo, não ha variedade. Mas empregados da mesa super simpáticos.

Staff amável e prestativo . Restaurante com poucas opções ,Instalações a precisarem de alguma manutenção . Para hotel de 4**** achei estranho o staff trabalhar com a roupa pessoal, sem farda . No geral , a qualidade/preço está razoável

Mucho ruido en la habitación, las ventanas son malas y por encima no ajustan bien, se escuchan los coches en la calle, la gente hablando fuera, encima nosotros fuimos en fiestas!!!, Os podéis imaginar. Cogimos dos habitaciones y las dos igual, al parecer pasa en todas, todas dan hacia delante.... Adjunto dos fotos de las ventanas, pa que veáis

Hotel bem situado em Monção, preços razoáveis, cafe da manhã farto e diversificado, higiene boa, estacionamento fácil, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Notei a falta de mais cabides/ganchos no banheiro para pendurar roupas, por exemplo. É um bom hotel, eu voltaria se necessário.
