breakfast is ok, decent variety for the price room is decent and spacious recommended

The staff is very nice, breakfast varied. The room was clean except for the floors, it's not often that my slippers' sole turns black after 30 mins of walking. Lack of power outlets by the bed was also quite inconvenient. The stay otherwise was nice, but been in other hotels in Prague at a lower price point and wouldn't say it was much different.

It was cozy and convenient to go to famous destinations with the tram!

I booked Hotel Carlton for the second time. During my first stay, I was extremely satisfied, so I expected the same level of service. Unfortunately, we were given a room where the windows faced a concrete terrace, there was a dust in the air conditioning vent, bathroom tiles were damaged etc. I’ve realized that at this hotel, a lot depends on which room you get. I don’t have a good impression, unfortunatelly ..

It was clean and nice

Very good place for the price. Good accessibility to the public transport. Even gave a small gift for one of my friends, who had B-day.

Stayed here for one night, no issues,. Room was perfectly adequate for three of us, a little out of the way from the train station but easily accessible via tram. Breakfast was continental. All good.

The price is amazing but it‘s quite loud there (and there are a lot of very noisy guests). Also behind the bed and in the corners I found it was dirty, the cleaning was not done properly

It really made the celebration unforgettable and showed how much the hotel values its guests. From start to finish, the service, comfort, and atmosphere were perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Wonderful small hotel. We loved the classic old style. Location good, 25 mins walk from main station and old town. Many trams in front, also a big supermarket next to the hotel. Room was very big and comfortable bed. The bathroom was big but we had only bad with a hand shower, so we could not stand under a shower. Breakfast was great! Good stay for a nice price!

Very well located near tram station connecting to downtown in 10 minutes and opposite to Albert the local supermarket Breakfast has good choices including bakery and cold cuts— and free coffee and cakes provided in the lobby, and so it’s definitely very worth the price to stay

The room is okay, not very spacious but enough for 2 person. The bathroom is quite small, it is different from the photo which is bathtub but mine is not. Besides that all is okay.

The room is clean and it has hearty breakfast.
