Kind and helpful staff
Although we faced facility problem, staff solved quickly
We can hear the car sound and neighbour talking sound in 7am here even we live in high floor , but to be honest this problems also appeared in others hotel even in other 5 star hotel
The sea view is excellent by the way, i may consider coming here again!

Location Infront of sea with great sea view. Not near any shopping. Eateries limited to seafood restaurants, with many catering to Korean taste.
Grab rides are aplenty and affordable.
Best to stay in danang, then Hoi An, then Bana hills. Can see more places at comfortable pace.

convenient location, which is near beach, restaurants and spa. With great ocean view, both from room and infinite pool. breakfast with adequate choices . room is spacious and clean.

The hotel is located on the quieter side of My Khe beach. Overall, the room and service was great, and the ocean view is stunning. Only minor setback is that there are no bathrobes, no room service and bathroom amenities are provided on a request basis.

Beautiful room with support for disabled, nice view to the sea and city, roof top pool has excellent view and very clean. The gym needs more attention on cleanliness. Breakfast buffet is good enough, the selections is good enough so you can't go over eating. Nice VN coffee and fresh fruits. Spa price is cheap compared to Saigon

We are a family of four, 4 adults. We booked one king guest room with balcony and one twin room with balcony both with ocean view for 4 days 3 nights.
The location I think is good for my family if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere because it is far to where those bars and restaurants are located. You can hear sound waves especially at night on which you can rest and relax a lot. The room are clean. Toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste are not readily available but you can request it. Breakfast are vietnamese and western food. You have only few options for the food. They have infinity pool only small but great view. They also have a small gym. Overall it is a good hotel.

Excellent hotel with wonderful beach view. we enjoyed the room and the service provided by Hilton.
Although the location was a bit far away from main tourist street, we rent a motorbike from Hilton and enjoyed the motorbike ride experiences from hotel to main tourist street and other attractions.
Also big thanks to motorbike parking staff, real helpful and real nice.

Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel. The views of Da Nang, the Dragon Bridge & My Khe Beach were incredible from the infinity pool on the 28th floor. It was lovely to relax, enjoy a drink & snack on the comfortable lounges & day beds by the pool.
There was not a lot happening along the seafood restaurants that surround the hotel & the beach was very quiet. Not great if allergic to seafood. Taxi’s fairly cheap & we used Grab app to get around (like Uber).
Money changing was our biggest issue. We could not exchange AUD $ so had to revert to using a card only. US $ could be exchanged but was over an 1 he walk to do so. If staying in Hoi An exchange money there before coming to Da Nang, very easy there & no commission charged.
Night market is a close taxi ride from hotel. Food is BBQ fresh & looks amazing.
Hilton was a great relaxing stay & would recommend. They were very accomodating when requesting late check out & we also had an early check in as soon as we arrived. Many staff love learning to speak English & are very excited if you take the time to chat, also making our experience very personable.
