The hotel needs updating. Price- value not worth it.

Had an amazing stay as a couple at Tivoli resort for a two day break en route to a wedding in Praia de forte. The room was incredibly comfortable, good AC and we had a convenient location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The internet was the only thing that was not good - even in our room - it was a little hard to be connected. the service was great across the board. Worth noting that the main food location was a buffet - but was delicious, particularly breakfast. We only ate dinner one night.

The staff was amazing and sincerely nice. The property is noticeably old in construction. A portion of the flooring is slippery when wet because it is tile flooring. Other areas have a more of a stone/clay like non-slip flooring. I was a solo traveler and it is about a 15min. walk up to the local town with more affordable shopping and better restaurants than the ones provided by this resort. In addition, it's great being immersed within the vibe of the local community. It was a big disappointment when I was told I had to wear a shirt with sleeves to dinner at the resort, as I had no idea there was a "dress code" and considering how much money you will pay per night to stay here, I should be able to eat at a beach resort, with a tank top on. Needless to stay during my 3-nights here, I only ate dinner once on site and it really wasn't excellent and it doesn't start until 7pm. There are security cameras everywhere, which was a bit creepy. In addition, they have security guards in the beach area too. I can't recommend this resort to any solo travelers. You will have a more enjoyable, affordable and comfortable stay at a pousada in the village. If you have a family and kids, which is what I saw more of and older couples (60yrs. ) then you'll probably enjoy this place.

One of the best beach resorts of Brazil. Very nice location, excellent food and good hotel structure. Staff is very friendly. Excellent choice.

The resort is nice, great swimming pools and nice staff. It was winter time, the hotel was empty (around 30% of occupation). It was strongly raining on our last day. With a night flight, the reception had a completely lack of customer orientation. We stayed more than 4 hours on the wet and cold reception, without any drink offering. It was really disappointing for such a hotel.

Minor details in the several bathrooms facilities external to the guest suit were not functional and bath tissues were not replaced

I loved my stay. The hotel is very well maintained, maintenance is constant. The facilities are comfortable and airy, the cleanliness is top 10. Cordiality and kindness are a strong point. Joy from the staff, music every night, activities for guests. Very cool. What I didn't like: the food part. The system was half board. The food, despite being plentiful and varied, is bland, without personality, which can be found in any hotel in the world, whether in Brazil, China or the United States. The most positively different night is Bahian food. Prices in à la carte restaurants are high. It's expensive to eat at the hotel and the food also doesn't differ in flavor (bland) from the food at the GOA restaurant, which is the dinner buffet. Another point to improve would be for the hotel website to show the location of the room when booking, as I chose (without knowing the distance) a room that was far from the reception and leisure areas. This information is very important. Other than that, I recommend the hotel and I will return.

An experience that is not worth what it costs. I've been to the Iberostar Selection four times so I was looking for another option for a change. More expensive and doesn't deliver anything extra. Lose at everything. Don't think twice

Fantastic hotel, great infrastructure for children. Third year in a row that I have traveled with my family to Tivoli. Special highlight for the waiter Antônio from GOA, for all the love and friendliness he always had.

Excellent Resort, infrastructure, cleanliness, comfort, polite, helpful staff who always have a smile on their face and are willing to help. The quality and variety of the meals included were very good: breakfast and dinner. The drinks could have been colder. The heat and high demand I believe that refrigerators cannot handle. The only reason my score wasn't 10 was because there was an undue charge on my account, which was promptly reversed. For those who went to rest, I didn't like the situation. Nothing severe.
