We liked the hotel organized reception service only our room as the window was defective, it was blowing, and the mattress was spring, but we didn't complain at the hotel our trip was very busy, you have to order a snack box which the hotel prepares for you to eat when you leave before breakfast.

Very nice hotel in the Providencia district, good connection to the metro, absolutely helpful staff and good breakfast. We were a group which arrived and left on different days. We stayed for one night ...between flights. From the south to the north in this hotel and could deposit luggage, everything worked out wonderfully. I can totally recommend it

There were two reasons for me to go back to this hotel: location and the good experience I had in 2016 when I stayed there. In general, I had a good experience, I did not spend too much time in the hotel just rest at night from work. In this visit I noticed the hotel will benefit a lot from renovating some areas/facilities. Bathrooms tubs are not so well mantain, neither A/C systems. A fresh professional painting will provide a better impresion shen staying longer.

The Hotel Bonaparte was clean, rooms were average. Staff was very nice and helpful. The area around the hotel is very safe, quite residential, with a lot of construction going on close to the hotel. I walked a lot during my stay there. But, there are no restaurants close by for lunch or dinner, which was disappointing, which really is my only complaint. There was a hotpot in the room, but no tea or coffee. And I had to ask for tea at breakfast. I found the coffee in Chile very lacking. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel I was traveling by myself and I was worried about safety. I felt very safe at all times. It was nice and quiet even though there was construction across the street it didn’t seemed loud at all. The staff was excellent! Restaurant was very good I ate there a lot. It was about a 17 minute walk to downtown Santiago through a nice residential area. Ubers we’re quick if I needed one. Highly recommended this hotel!

The Bonaparte hotel is a hidden gem. It’s situated in a very nice neighborhood.

It’s a nice hotel in a beautiful area in Santiago. You can take pleasant walks in the neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Breakfast was generous, varied and fresh. The room was spotless. My only issue was that the bed had just one blanket. I asked for a duvet/comforter but was told they didn’t have any. Instead, I was given another blanket.

I had stayed at the hotel before and it had worked, the location works for me because I always travel to that area. Today, 4/24, I made a reservation on booking again and I arrived at 11:00 p.m. by car, the intercom rang 4 times and nothing, I got out to ring the bell twice and after a while a young lady came out in one piece and minutes later a young guard type. The lady tells me that there is no reservation in my name, I show her the reservation but she didn't even want to look at it because maybe not? She just repeated that they had nothing to do with the booking reservations..., unusual at 11:00 p.m. At night I was not received at the hotel even though I had a reservation, they only offered me a more expensive room, finally they would have respected the price but clearly there was no service there. I went to a hotel a few blocks from there, and now I will have to request a refund since the cancellation shows that I must pay 70 dollars. Very bad Bonaparte in the service
