Response from Property: Good morning, Mrs. Sundus, I'm Barbara, the manager of Salvapiano, the same who bringed you to the room , the same who waited for you since you informed us of your arrival at 11.00 pm even if our reception closes at 8.00 pm. I also helped you to carry your luggage despite the fact that I have been asked to do it in a rather contemptuous tone, surely because you didn't think I was the manager of the resort given the attention you pay to categorizing people. In fact, as you pointed out to us, you have felt offended because your room had a bathroom equipped for disabled persons. As soon as you entered the room (that is a beautiful and comfortable two room- apar**ent), you were not satisfied with it as you wanted a bigger apar**ent, preferably with two double bedrooms. When I offered you a room change, you declined my offer. The next day, we offered you, at the same price, another two-room apar**ent with a bathroom without that "strange" wc but you pretended an apar**ent with two matrimonial bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and private garden, at the same price because of your feeling so offended by that strange wc!!! We have helped you with luggage, with late check in, we have helped you to move from one apar**ent to the ather, we prepared dinner for you at 6.00 pm even though the kitchen opens at 7.00 pm, and I said good morning when meeting you but you didn’t.
