This trip feels that Ctrip is very unprofessional: 1. The order shows that the reservation has been made successfully, but when I arrive at the hotel, I find that there is no such reservation 2. Assuming that the hotel does not give Ctrip a confirmation number, at least there is still time to notify the customer before check-in, why there is no such step I had no choice but to contact Ctrip repeatedly, but what I got was more than three hours of waiting. During the period, the customer was asked to communicate with the front desk to see if there was any room available. The language barrier and the peak occupancy time made it impossible for them to work all afternoon. In the end, I had no choice but to live in a different hotel with my fellow team, and it took me an afternoon, and the purpose of team building was greatly compromised. Too much delay.

Sunscape was good stay not much to complain about it , the staff was great drinks were not bad , the only thing it could get a little better its only the food, I’m talking about a little more variety and a little more taste/flavor other than that was great, kids had some good times in the kids water slides which it could open a bit earlier and another thing would be great is, if they could have some music playing on the bar area inside the lobby so ppl could enjoy a little dance and music, I stayed 5 nights and I only saw one day w little music but it was done pretty early. I recommend the place for family or single ppl.

Most of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Some of the time it appeared there was a shortage of staff all in all staff is excellent

Great family resort. Good for young and old ... not to big and not to small. Perfect beach for everyone and pool is ok needs a bit of a reno

Staff was great but dining options were horrible. Very little variety, food was often cold, no reservation needed for “specialty restaurant” but probably because again not much food variety and they weren’t open daily. Drinks super watered down. Bathroom shower only has partial door so no matter how careful bathroom floor ends up super wet. No specific area for the shows and they are ok at best. That particular beach area had a lot of rocks, we walked further down and it wasn’t as bad. Kids water park was fun for kids but they closed it sooner than what we were initially told.

I loved the staff as they treated my wife and I as family.I don’t like that after Hyatt took over you can’t have a dinner on the beach in the massage cabana.I also heard from several guests that the hotel beside us and the Sunscape is being demolished to build a new mega modern hotel.I love the the Mexican charm of both and if this is going to be done my wife and I won’t be staying in a sterile new building.I also miss the the Sunscape sign that lit up near the pool.Should’ve kept it.Don’t sell out for new sterile facilities with no Mexican charm.

Everyone, of the staff, were really nice. Security was very good, the staff at cab hub were helpful, fun too talk to and always knew where to send us. Bartenders, restaurant workers, house cleaning were very professional in there public relationship to the guests

My room was very nice. I would have liked my frig stocked on a daily basis. The floors in the lobby were very dull and needed to be shiny like the floors were outside our room. I was very disappointed in the food. It was buffet style every night. This resort needed more staffing.

Customer service was average but property is very limited for dining and activities. Best for children and parents. Small resort

As always the service from the staff price is right for your location and well everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time

Just Don't. Place is old. Lines everywhere. Didn't speak to anyone staying at this place that was close to having a good time. Worst place i have stayed in a long time.

Excellent beach. Was always able to get 2 loungers. Convenient to airport and Malecon. Had entertainment every day and night. Rooms are older. Mattress needs updating. Food was ok. Italian restaurant was excellent. Good deal for what you pay. 2nd time there. Will return.

Great staff throughout the resort. Super friendly and helpful! Great entertainment team and planned and led activities throughout the day. Thanks Hugo, Armando, Netto and all the others. Great buffet for all the meals from 7 am to 11 pm and closed only for 1.5 hours between 4:30 to 6 pm; snack and coffee bar open 24 hours. Special dinners on the send evry 3 or 4 nights while we were there. Stacked room fridge and room cleaning/tiding twice a day. Only downside is that, as any 3 star hotel, it needs some updating but kept very clean.

This is an average hotel all inclusive that is tired. Some updates in the rooms are needed. As a solo traveler I appreciate the security in and around the hotel. The shows start at 9pm and are loud. Don't expect to go to bed before 10:30 , 11:00. Food is average, many line ups to get seated. You need to get up fairly early to get a lounger on the beach. The ladies at the security at the beach are friendly and will always have a hello for you. It's clean.
