The location of the hotel was very good. It's located at a serene and peaceful place. Hospitality was very good in the restaurant and they had suggested and explained all the options to us. The garden area and the swimming pool is very picturesque

Best Property in Mahableshwar. Service was again excellent. Its a very beautiful resort with nice lighting and that european touch makes the property even more beautiful. I will book a stay again here. I recommend everyone who wants to have all round excellency.

Very good ambience. Very prime location. Delicious food. But very poor reception. They are least bothered about your check in and check out. When we checked in only one other customer was doing check in and they were team of 3 but didn't asked welcome drink. They didn't informed us about room cleaning morning and evening directly if you are not available. They go into room directly without asking permission which was very strange. Rooms are not having privacy as all sound from passage and from room goes in and out.

The resort is located at a very convenient location, just a few minutes away from the Venna lake. Right from the entrance into the grand property, the reception desk is absolutely professional with prompt service and room checkin. The vibes, in there are perfect to let you enjoy your stay. The package deals, loaded with fun activities for the kids; a clean and well ***aged pool is a perfect evening event. The highlight of the resort is a beautifully crafted garden cum play area for the kids: it’s absolute bliss to spend time there with your little ones. With our special child, who mobilises in a special wheelchair; we were overjoyed to see ramps and such a comprehensive wheelchair accessibility in each and every corner of the resort. Our heartfelt thanks to the owners and architects of this property, who were amazingly futuristic in their execution and ensured amenities for the differently abled. The food, snacks and the special recipes at Mad Smokehouse are amazing. The staff at all the restaurants is super trained in providing best service and hospitality. A special mention for Mr Anajani and Mr Joy, who were kind enough to help us and ensured the best service. This place will make your trip even more memorable.
