I found on Ctrip that the hotel was in the mountains from Puyehue to the Argentinian border. I was a little worried on the way there because I was afraid that the conditions would be poor, so I didn’t place an order immediately. When we arrived, we found that the hotel was in a wild luxury style. The front desk took us around the hotel. It has a beautiful large dome wooden restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, and an outdoor hot spring swimming pool. There are two types of rooms: cabins and tents. The tent is by the river, equipped with a wooden bathroom and an outdoor hot spring barrel. The river water is hot, and the mist is shrouded in the evening, which is very magical. The tent is heated and not cold at all. There is a coffee machine that can boil hot water. The bed was big enough and I slept well. The next morning I went to the hot springs for breakfast, which was very rich. It started at 8:30 on time, not even a minute earlier.

We LOVED our stay at Termas Aguas Calientes! The A-frame cabin was well equipped with everything we needed to cook some basic meals in the cabin and our standard cabin was perfect for 3 adults and 1 child with queen bed in the bedroom and a trundle bed in the living area. The playground was fun for our two-year-old son and we loved the Cafeteria and restaurant, which both served delicious food, although we wish the Cafeteria had a few more food options since that was quicker and easier with our 2-yr old. The location was excellent for exploring the surrounding area and the setting was far more beautiful than what is pictured. We had no idea there would be a ton of natural hot springs down by the river and loved spending time down there too. The thermal pools were a little hot for us to spend too much time in during the warm summer days, so finding a cooler spring down by the river was perfect for us.... although some of the springs down by the river were really nice and hot too, if preferred. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Don't expect to find many people who speak English, which we loved, we didn't come to Chile to speak English anyway! This place is a hidden gem! We didn't quite know what to expect based on the minimal online reviews/photos, but I would highly recommend.

Overblown in pictures and referentiality but a dismal parochial ill equipped pool, not entirely hygienic or salubrious or served and equipped but the waters may be refreshing. I referexclusiveky to the open air pool for the common folk not the spa and wellness pompous 5* edifice down the road that did not allow me simply to visit it for to see what it really is. The pool measuring, forget the wide angle publivity pictures, less than a moderate hotel swimming pool. It is shallow and safe for that but ill clad ceramically or surface wise and you get plastic crates like those for vegetables or bottles fofrom greengrocers to put your clothes in. Furthermore inadequately poor institutional fixtures, change rooms etc. The area, hiking walks, scenic interest and quality of paths and rainforest biosphere are exquisite.

Had difficullty with finding the reception and problems in my reservation (my first choice - a domo - was not delivered as they got confused with the reservation). Swicthed to a cabana + free dinner (which as ok). Very nice facilities, but very restrict hours for check in and ou and for the external therma. Not a very good Value for Money.

The dome was very clean, and ours was situated right next to the babbling river and so we loved falling asleep to that. The only thing that was a little surprising that I wish they would’ve done was to give us separate pool towels to use at the hot springs. They only gave us one set of towels for bathing that we had to take with us to also use at the Hot Springs across the road. Other than that, the food and the staff was really great! I would definitely recommend this place. Next time we might try those little A-frame huts where you have your own private hot tub right on the deck. We saw a lot of families use those.

It was a good stop place but it can be very good for few days . The only problem we have is sometimes no cold water . Thare is a mini golf and hot tub . It is in the nature and you can see the stars from your window

Our stay was excellent. The dome and hot tub were of superior quality. We slept soundly and also found the shower to be the best we've had in country. The restaurant was a gorgeous setting for a happy hour beverage, a filling breakfast and a delicious lunch. We hiked two days and also enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool. My extra recommendation for vegans/vegetarians as they have many offerings.

We experience the Dome with hot tub and it was very nice. I recomend getting the all-inclusive option. The nature in the are is just amazing. We went all the way to some craters and the view of the Andes was breathtaking.
