Holiday Inn Quincy Reviews

Went to watch our son & his Quincy volleyball team play at home. Our first night, there was a really loud & vibrating sound that seem to come from our bathroom & far living room walls. The night manager, Leah, could not figure out where nor what was making the noises. She found us 2 other adjoining rooms to meet our needs because we had a large 1 bedroom suite. By the time we got settled into our new rooms, it was almost 1am. Loved how spacious & clean the rooms were. And Leah gave us several meal passes including comping one of the rooms for our entire stay. She was very efficient & professional. Despite the inconveniences the first night, we would definitely return here again.

Very nice suites! Everything a family could ask for. Breakfast disappointing. Did not like having to dine in.

Newly remodeled, quiet, comfortable. Restaurant was ok, good service, food was just ok.

I had to leave after one day because I had left medicine at home. I explained this to staff at checkout, I was advised to have ******* call them about this as my reservation was through *******. After a long phone call with ******* staff I was advised I would be contacted in 24 hours. I did get multiple emails stating that they were having difficulty contacting anyone at the hotel. Finally I was advised there would be a charge for the room I was not able to use, even though I checked out in plenty of tim for the room to be cleaned and used. All the staff I interacted with from the hotel were fine. ******* not so much.

The staff was very very nice, from the young lady that called us prior to our arrival to explain the Holiday (thanksgiving) scheduling of meals , to the Manager Tom that checked us in. very accommodating. Will defiantly return when in the area again.

Property and staff were good - on site restaurant was good for breakfast. Will stay here again.

One of the best Hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Great Restaurant and Bar just off the Lobby I’ll be back

Doing some remodeling, but i cant see anything to concern us so far.

Upgrades and updates needed at property - nonetheless, the best option for travel to Quincy.

We stay in hotels about 30 days a year in various countries besides the U.S. and this hotel hands down wins the award for the worst service. Its like the management probably has never stayed in a hotel. The desk people don't even acknowledge you. We had a suite and there were only 3 hangers in the closet for 2 people. I requested a few more and after 4 days still couldn't get them. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day and I had to ask 3 different times on the 3rd day to have it cleaned
