The room was clean. The key scanner on the door, the cover kept falling from the door every time it shut. No Hispanic channels available on the TV to watch. The room did not have a do not disturb sign, each room should have that sign. Staff went in the room when I was not in the room, even though I told them not to. The front desk was friendly and helpful. They were able to provide us with any necessities. An appliance was not working properly and they provided a working one to the room instantly. Elevators worked well. Good internet connection. Thank you for your business.

Overall it was a nice stay, it was only for one night. The check out is at 11 am, but I had the housekeeping knocking at the door at 9 am, waking me up. That’s the only complaint I have. Again overall it was a nice experience.

Very well kept. Clean. Quiet. Staff was great. Gym was spotless, although I wish there was a cleaning product or wipes for after they've been used. We went for a night away for my daughter's 13th birthday and she was so happy. Parking is too tight, that's the only property issue. It will be exciting when the plaza is built across the street to have lots to walk to!

Our 2 night stay was adequate for our needs! The staff was extremely friendly. I do have to say the towels were very rough! Not soft at all and the toilet paper was like sand paper.

My overnight stay was on December 22nd 2023. The hotel room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. But, they need to improve the breakfast. First of all, paper plate and plastic cutlery????!!!! Food was horrendous and not fresh at all. If you improve breakfast, it will be worth the money I paid.

Very convenient for flying out of Logan Airport. Just a 10 minute drive away

I Loved the overall experience nice clean rooms, clean spacious pool, lovely gym. This is a Hotel I would recommend to everyone. Andrea the front desk worker was very pleasant, and assisted with any questions.

The facility, property amenities, and the overall overnight experience was lovely. Everything was functional and clean and the stay was peaceful and relaxing. However, it is quite difficult to contact the hotel if you do not have a US phone number. Perhaps a WhatsApp number or internet service alternative would be really appreciated for international guests. I also would have appreciated more communication updates or maybe even signs posted on breakfast hours, the shuttle service, etc.

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
