Great customer service and cleanliness

房間為套房，類似公寓的單室套，設施齊全，唯一缺點，床單不算乾淨，裹着的被子有污漬。

The air conditioning was very noisy as it was going on and off. Couldn’t sleep for the noise. Charger in the lamp didn’t work.

I ask one of front desk guy that one stand light is not working and to send some one to fix it , he just hand me a light bulb and said you fix it by your self. I was surprised and asked why should I do it , then he reply why! You don’t know how to change a bulb . This is the customer service you will get in this quality inn .

Staff is always so friendly and nice. Especially the night time receptionist. He's awesome

Christopher the evening was efficient and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The facility was clean. The mattress was comfortable. Grab bar in the, bath tub along with a full sized non-slip mat. Breakfast included all the pastries, waffle machine, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, milk, coffee. the breakfast bar was kept clean and restocked.

Convenient location for Mayo appointments. Not the biggest breakfast, but we got what we needed. I felt like the walls could use some new paint, pretty dirty in places in the room. The shower grout needed redone around the grab bar.

Had doctor's visit at Mayo Clinic. This is a great deal for the price and the rooms - living area and bedroom and bathroom. I will stay here every time I have to come to Mayo Clinic. They have shuttle service to take you to and from the clinic at no charge. Good place to stay for cost, comfort, convenance. Also, close to shopping malls and restaurants.

The room (a business suite) was very spacious. It had updated bath and fixtures. Very comfortable for time away.

I loved staying here. I come almost every weekend to see my fiancé. Room is nice and always feels like home.

A very nice, clean, and comfortable Motel. I have given it 5 stars but I think 4.5 stars is more appropriate. Everything in this motel is good to excellent except Breakfast which I rate as mediocre. Every day same items. Adding a few healthy breakfast items like an omelet, whole wheat bread, and a couple of fruits like bananas and oranges, etc. will make this Motel a superb place to stay for everyone on a controlled budget.

Great, budget friendly, hotel. Spacious room that had a very clean smell upon entering. Will stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find our suite spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Quality Inn & Suites is a short driving distance from Mayo Clinic and there is also a convenient shuttle that goes to St.Mary's and Mayo Clinic. There are several restaurants which are also a short driving distance away.

Comfortable hotel room. Nicely set up. Older hotel with newer renovations.
