The reason why I stayed at this property were because of the reviews before booking. It speaks for itself. It was a little noisy at night, but that is bound to happen. Which is no biggie at all. This place does not deserve a 10/10. It deserves a 100/10. The front desk clerk gave me water. They have room services. It smells so good there in the hallways. Thank you so much to the amazing staff for taking care of me. Highly recommendable and yes I am staying here again.

Warm breakfast every morning with plenty of choices, staff ready to assist, great parking garage. Close to downtown but away from business and in a quiet neighborhood.

I have to say the staff is what made me give 5 stars 🌟 they were very accommodating from the guy at check it to the general manager who assisted us the next day. The breakfast crew is the best i have ever encountered at any hotel so helpful friendly and patient with all his guests no one was treated differently. Those pancakes are 5 stars too ✨️ 😋

To check in I had to wait for the attendance by 20 minutes and there was nobody before me. Rest of the staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent too. The elevator, room doors, and furniture need to be renovated.

We had reservations, but after arriving at 10pm, we were told rooms didn't get cleaned, so we were not able to stay. He offered us a room with s king bed but we are a family of 4 with teenagers. That's unacceptable. I insisted the front office staff find us accommodations. We were able to stay at the Hampton Inn next doorfor the same price but the rooms are much smaller and accommodations not as nice. I'm very disappointed.

This place is a bed and breakfast... Simple, and bed was comfy and quiet. Pros: The bedsheets and pillows were super comfortable. The room had a good size, and included a mini microwave, mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast was ok, the staff was constantly filling items that ran out. All we're really nice. Cons: Check in was a problem. Their system was down, and the clerk was struggling with it. After 30 minutes of switching computers, the reception just have me a key to the room, which didn't work. I had to go back down and switch. Parking was limited, I wish they told me how to find dditional parking at the lower level. The pool was out of service and it was not noted at the time of booking.

It’s terrible experience at living there a night, I guess there may issue at their room system, a knock door both at 3 AM and 8 AM which’s fraustrating to us, the staff is good, but property system seemed not steady, I will no longer to deal with this hotel.

The front desk staff are all amazing, but it was something about Chanel (if I’m not mistaken, that’s her name) that just stood out over the others. Mr. Benni and Ms. Zella (breakfast staff) are both phenomenal, we looked forward to seeing both of their smiling faces every morning!!

Everything was amazing from the check in process, breakfast, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the hotel and its grounds.

Upon arrival we were told our room had been moved to a handicap accessible room, not sure why but we were ok with that. Pictures attached. Check in was GREAT!! The gentleman that checked us in was super nice and very friendly. From the parking lot to our room everything looked clean and welcoming. Our last night there we ordered in food and got more than we ordered so we shared with the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and spoke every time they seen us. Will def be staying there again.

Convenient location for meetings I had. Friendly & helpful staff. Very basic but knew that when I booked.

The heating\cooling unit made a lot of noise in room 417. The second night of my stay, I was awakened by young people laughing, talking, knocking on doors, and mine was one of them , going up and down the halls even though there is a sign posted that 10-7 is quiet time. I had much difficulty returning to sleep. However the breakfas bar was wonderful and the lady who served us there was extremely helpful and nice. Thumbs up to her.

The property is in a quiet and nice location. Very clean. Close to shopping and dining. Breakfast was a delight and the morning breakfast guy was very friendly and helpful to my family and I. Parking was full at night so I recommend coming back to your room before it gets too late unless you want to park on the garage a little further than normal parking. Only small complaint was our refrigerator would not stay closed for some reason but no big deal I let the wonderful staff know so that the issue could get handled. Pleasant stay for 2 nights overall.
