The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you ♪ It is a very good place near the Trevi Fountain and the Plaza de España. We had more bread than we could eat for breakfast and a delicious cappuccino brought to our room. Thank you very much 😊

Our group of 14, 7 Girl Scouts and their moms, stayed here for a short trip to see the sights of Rome. The hotel arranged for two vans to pick us up and drop us off at the airport (for a fee). Since we were a large group, we got a whole floor to ourselves ( which I’m sure the other guests appreciated because our teenagers were quite boisterous!). A light breakfast was provided each morning in our rooms - coffee, rolls, crackers, fruit, eggs, prepared by one of the employees in a small kitchenette. The hotel is secure (you need a code to buzz yourself in). The front desk is not staffed 24/7 so keep that in mind if you’re looking for round the clock service. It is within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, metro, and plenty of shopping and restaurants. This is a very basic hotel, but it was perfectly fine to meet our group’s needs. If you’re just looking for a safe place to sleep and shower, then this is for you. I would definitely stay here again.

Their ad on ******* claim that there is staff on site daily from 7 AM to 9 - this is a lie. We showed up to an empty building with no staff and spent the next several hours calling, emailing, messaging through *******. We called ******* for help and they attempted to contact someone. We were JUST about to leave and find a different hotel when a very unhelpful man finally showed up. When we explained we had been waiting for hours he told us it was our own fault we showed up early. I explained our train times changed and he asked “why didn’t you call?” 😑 I then showed him my phone log showing the 100 times I attempted to call during the hours we stood outside waiting. Next he advised due to electrical issues the room I booked (and paid for) Room 126 was unavailable and that we’d have to stay in a tiny room (the size of a closet) We were exhausted so we said fine/whatever. The room was ridiculously small but considering the “hotel” was non-refundable we had no choice. We filled out the free breakfast slip and hung it on our door. The next morning - No breakfast. The same unhelpful man told us “you should have filled out the breakfast slip.” And we advised that we did… and that it was collected. Moments later a couple checked out of room 126 and we asked the rude staff man “I thought that room was having electrical issues? You told us that’s why we got the tiny room ..” and the man denied ever telling us that. 🤯😡 We finally checked in to room 126 and it was much larger than the prison cell room but the air conditioning did not work. When we inquired we were told once again “the hotel is having electrical issues but they cannot be fixed because it’s a weekend .” So we asked “but you just told us that the hotel wasn’t having electrical issues, even though we saw you clearly booked someone else in the room I paid for.” All in all we felt very disrespected and lied to and the overall experience was appalling and atrocious. Lie after lie after lie after lie. This is not a hotel, it’s one floor or an old dirty building with 8 rooms, not 13 like they advertise on ******* and most of the time there is no staff on site so guests are left to their own devices. Not only will I NEVER stay here again, I plan on submitting complaints. Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel, unless you enjoy being humiliated and lied to. The ONLY nice staff member was the lovely Italian woman cleaning guest rooms. We left her a tip and thanked her.

Very friendly reception by Reaz. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s within walking distance of almost all the famous historical sites and the is metro right next to it. The hotel itself is also nice with great shower. Overall great experience.

The property is very outdated, the beds are not comfy at all, the pillows are filthy, smelly and dirty only covered by washed linens, the bedroom is way to small for a family of 4, the shower head doesn’t work properly the water pressure is too weak. The breakfast is below average comes in trays and you have no where to eat it. Not worth the money.

Perfect location! Almost all sights can be reached within a 30mins walk and right around the corner of a subway station. The accommodation was good and clean, even with a minj-bar. The service was excellent, friendly staff and even breakfast brought to your room. The small corridor however is not sound-proof as every small step can be heard from within the room, but that is a minor detail that can be improved.

Loved the free breakfast and the area is very walkable. Staff was very nice, but the shower is very small the entry to it wouldn’t be friendly to plus size people just so you know before booking. The AC was great and it had an elevator so if you need that for luggage that’s good. Bed was kinda hard but that’s typical for European beds.

They say they have air conditioning, but they don't turn it on until June 1. The room had no breeze and was way to hot. We had to leave.

Great location; close to the Hop-on/Hop-off bus stop, several dining options, safe. Large breakfast included. We stayed only 1 night before heading to Tuscany and it made for a great stop-over hotel.

Absolutely atrocious experience. Arrived to an empty building with no staffing. Spent HOURS calling, emailing, messaging, sending messages through ******* and no response. Finally a man showed up and when we expressed our frustration he told us it was our own fault we were early. 😨 We explained our train times changed and his response was “why didn’t you call?” I then showed him my phone log showing 40 missed calls where we attempted. Then he proceeds to advise the “hotel” is having electrical issues and the room I booked (and paid for) was unavailable and that we’d have to spend the night in a tiny room the size of a closet for the first night. But at least we get free breakfast the next morning right? Nope. We filled out the breakfast form and put it on the door. Next morning we waited an hour and no breakfast. When I finally asked they told us “you should have filled out the breakfast slip. To which we advised… we did… Moments later the room we were SUPPOSED to be in, we saw a couple leaving/checking out. We asked the unhelpful man working why they were in our room when we he told us it had electrical issues. To which he denied telling us that. After the couple checked out he let us check in to that room. The air conditioning did not work and when we inquired he advised it was because the hotel was having electrical issues (after he had literally denied telling us that) The ONLY nice person working at this hell-hole was the nice Italian lady who cleans

We got there early, before check in, but they stored our luggage and put it in our room when it was ready. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and provided a map with directions and suggestions on how to spend our time while waiting. It's in a central location next to Piazza Barberini, near shopping, dining and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, among other things. The stop for the tour buses is literally around the corner. Breakfast was generous and delicious! They serve it directly to you in the morning at a time you designate. Love the cappucinno. I recommend staying there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on my next visit!
