La struttura,scelta da amici, è in pessimo stato: la porta principale non può essere chiusa con le chiavi in quanto si blocca la serratura (il proprietario ci ha detto di non chiuderla per motivi di sicurezza, ovviamente falso), il mobilio è vetusto, insufficiente e in pessimo stato, i copriletto presentano macchie in più punti e sono molto datati, il sostegno della pigna doccia è rotto, non c'erano asciugamani nonostante ne fosse stata garantita la presenza, la pulizia appena sufficiente, nel frigo e nei pensili erano presenti avanzi di cibo e un sacco con asciugamani sporchi. Inoltre è presente un boiler per l'acqua calda insufficiente per soddisfare la doccia di 6 persone ovvero quanti sono i posti letto presenti. Per finire a l saldo di quanto pagato ad oggi non abbiamo ricevuta fiscale.
