This is a most beautiful and idyllic haven, set in gorgeous well maintained grounds. The gardens are well-kept, the accommodation we were allocated was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonably good and the evening meals were delicious. The hotel benefits from a lovely swimming pool and great views in all directions. A convenient location to rest, relax, unwind and de-stress. On the slightly down side, this hotel was extremely difficult to find, as the name on the booking website, Relax Grand Resort was not on display and none of its neighbours had heard of it. It was difficult and unusual to access the site due to a series of large, steel gates, so on our first day with no keys, no bell and no intercom, entry was impossible for a long period of time. I accept that once resident inside, this problem ended. However, our grateful thanks to the management on providing a mostly great holiday experience.

The passage from luck to luck sometimes lasts the time of a call, my companion and I had booked a apartment to stay two nights, unfortunately the host in question never answered our calls and had provided a fausello address, my companion and I found our apartment at 22 on Friday, fortunately on google we found Villa Strampelli, and a call was enough to change us the weekend owner Alfredo available as few People provided us with a very comfortable and elegant apartment, gave us two days of complete relaxation and full contact with the green that makes us a master in this spectacular villa, The delicacy with which he offered us Sunday morning coffee just wake up was something wonderful, we will bring this adventure into our hearts especially thanks to him and his structure, with the intention of returning soon. Thanks 🙏🏼

On the overall a nice hotel, but kind of far from the center, 10 mins away from the Torre Angela metro station. Everything needed was in the room (fridge, conditioner, hair dryer), clean, everything in good condition. Reception desk staff speaking adequate English. A nice little pool was also available for us, my son enjoyed it. Didn't buy breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. Were mostly in the city, came to hotel only for sleeping. Conditioner working, a balcony to the back yard, not a very nice view though, but it wasn't a problem.

We have stayed at the Quirinale several times. It's perfect for us as it's close to Termini on foot (10mins with luggage). Our room was very spacious and rather elegant with lovely old parquet - a bit noisy but so attractive. In fact the whole hotel gives the impression of space and elegance - even if it's now a little faded, which doesn't worry us at all. The service was fine except at breakfast where there are simply not enough staff - walking into the breakfast room and finding so many tables uncleared is not a good look. However, the quality of the buffet has improved greatly over the last five years; having been poor it is now very good. However, the coffee is very poor, and the fruit juice, which is little more than very sweet flavoured water, is almost undrinkable. At 150 euros a night this simply is not good enough and I shall be writing to the hotel about this. However, because of the quality of the room, the hotel location and bar drinks being very reasonably priced we will continue to use this hotel for our trips to Rome.

The staff of the Grand Hotel Palace was knowledgeable and helpful with our every request. They summoned taxies, gave recommendations for restaurants which were very good, and were always very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and bright. We especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet which offered both hot and cold options and was kept well stocked. The hotel itself is in a good location, across from the American Embassy. There were several good restaurants nearby and, of course, a gelato shop two blocks away. We would recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Rome.
