I really enjoyed staying there. Food was decent. Services was good.

Great stay! Would recommend to anyone that needs to go to the airport.

Spent one night here with my family on a Sunday. No complaints. Hotel appeared clean. Room was very clean. Comforters and pillows were actually more comfortable than mine at home LOL. For having a parking lot full, it was very quiet. Pool area clean and we were the only ones in there for 95% of the time. Staff was friendly. Good price. Had a nice variety of breakfast foods before we left. Check-out time was at noon which was really nice since many other hotels have 1100 check-out times. Would stay here again.

Very outdated and the bathroom needed a deep clean. Pay 20 or $30 extra and stay at a decent place.

The shower never got more than luke warm. Was told run for 10 minutes and if that doesn't work change rooms. It was 9 pm and we weren't changing rooms at that hour. The HVAC was awful. Either extremely hot or extremely cold. No balance at all. We've stayed here in the past and it was great. This time not so much.

I left a phone charger in my room at check, called and came back later in the day and the front desk and manager told me that they didn't have it, had checked everywhere and it wasn't there. Didn't try to rectify the situation or get to the bottom of why it wasn't there. Extremely poor leadership and management. Very disappointed.

Great place to stay, next to the Quik Park, with scheduled shuttle runs to Detroit Metro.

States free self park not the case. Ended up paying for parking at the airport. Very disappointed

Everything about this property worked for us. Convenient to the airport and access to the freeway. Front desk staff was excellent and so was the breakfast lady. All very friendly and helpful. The room was clean upon arrival. One issue I feel needs attention is that there needs to be more than 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. 2 of each would be great but this is not a deal breaker. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. We will stay here again.

On the listing it says free parking and airport shuttle. Not the case at all, when they told us it would be $75 for up to 6 nights (we only needed 4), we said your listing said it was free. She goes “ya, we don’t have control what it says”. We choose that hotel due to that amenity and it was disappointing how they responded. Was the hotel clean, yes. Would we stay again? No.

Girl at the front desk was very helpful and polite. She had lots of valuable information.

The facility is very clean and nice. The pool is great and the hotel staff are really awesome. Donna at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definetly recoomend this hotel amd would stay again

It was fine. Nothing spectacular. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. Decent for the inexpensive price. Not a fan of the **** smell that seems to be everywhere these days.

I am very upset with *******. I had to pay $100 additional for my airport parking. And when I went to look in my ******* account for past business and costs, there was nothing. Very, very poor service from *******. Thinking about never doing ******* again.
