Room wasnt ready after check in time
Room had a odd stench, sheets looked old, water system in the showers always switched between cold and hot a lot
Walls are thin so i could hear kids being loud at late nights
Saw the free provided breakfast and wasn't pleased

Since my wife and I arrived, the treatment was very kind by all the staff, in person and on the phone. The facilities are clean and beautiful, very close to the beach and the tourist area, we did not have to use the vehicle! The rooms are very comfortable (eye, they do not have a blanket, but we did not request any either) The stay is highly recommended, and wl breakfast Uff!

Security was very difficult and harrassed us twice however it seemed the issue well the guest next door.

There was no tv control in the room, and no phone to communicate with the front desk. I went downstairs to the front desk to request a TV control, and I was told that they will be bringing one to the room, but they never went and we finally fall asleep.
The breaksfats was free for adult, but I paid $30 for hot cakes for my three kids, they never said that I would have to pay for my kids' breaskfast.
