The service was very nice :) The food was delicious and the pools were fantastic. The view from the window was wonderful :)

This hotel is worth recommending. This was my fourth visit, and it's clear that it's constantly evolving and caring for its guests. The staff at the hotel, restaurant, and pool were very friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good and varied, and dinners in the restaurant were delicious and beautifully presented. The only downside was the constant train noise (proximity to the railway tracks).

This is our favorite hotel for relaxation, rest, and great fun. The food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous from start to finish. I visited this hotel years ago and they left a great impression so I returned with friends. It did not disappoint. The hotel could not do enough to accommodate us. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. While the location is not as tranquil as some, once you step inside you forget this. The spa is amazing with ample facilities. The team working there were on point. The breakfast has multiple options and the dinners had me needing to lay down. Great stay And while this may go over some heads, the fact that we were 4 black ladies and were treated with such respect & care needs to be mentioned as even thought we are in 2024... this isn't always the norm. We are already planning a return trip

The hotel is perfect for families with children. Plenty of amenities. A monitored playroom with live entertainment is available. Relax in the mini water park, followed by a sauna and salt cave. Finish with a game of bowling. Breakfast could use some improvement. Tables aren't cleaned regularly, and there's a long wait for food refills.

Grande organizzazione del vostro hotel meritevole di apprezzamento da parte mia e della mia signora. Veramente complimenti al Sig. FALKOWSKI per la pregevole iniziativa della festa del 31 dicembre 2025 riuscita in ogni dettaglio. Ho manifestato personalmente la mia soddisfazione al signor Falkowski per aver creato una struttura paragonabile ai migliori HOTEL in ITALIA. Da italiano sono lieto per questa meravigliosa esperienza e sicuramente saro' presente il prossimo anno.
