Lovely hotel in a countryside setting. Great meal cooked by the great Francesco. Francesco’s family wine was delicious. Our room opened straight on to the gardens which was great for exercising our dog who was made very welcome. Interesting art on the walls.

Spectacular venue, with outstandingly attentive and engaged service and divine food in the restaurant. Franchesco is a charming host and an incredible chef, and entertains with stories from around the globe. Lovely setting in an old stone building, set back off the main road.

Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. Grazie ancora Francesco!!!

We are on an Octogenarian road trip for 1 month around Spain and France. This hotel was booked from Spain and our arrival was rather grand, along a tree lined drive with various antique statues. Our host Franciose met us at the door and showed us to our double room with a terrace facing onto the swimming pool. Our one gripe was the fact that the shower over the bath had no wall fixing. Showering was quite a novelty! The piece de resistance of the property is the cooking. Very simple but with first class ingredients and prepared by Franciose himself, a trained Italian chef via the kitchens of several international restaurants, including the Ritz. We ate here on each of our 4 evenings and were never disappointed. This was our 4th hotel (6 more to follow) , including a 4 star in Spain, it has been the best by far.

Stilvolles Ambiente in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Ein sehr charmanter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber verwöhnte uns mit absolut unerwarteter Top-Küche. Das Haus ist zwar alt und ehrwürdig, jedoch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Hier wird definitiv mehr geboten, als man erwarten könnte. Gerne wieder. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service persönlich und charmant.

Un séjour romantique au charme italien. Pour les cyclistes, l’hôtel est situé à proximité de la vois verte passa païs qui a elle seule vaut le détour, Le domaine et le bâtiment ont une allure de châtelet paisible et très bien aménagé. L’accueil chaleureux de Francesco a grandement facilité notre découverte de la région. Nous nous promettons d’y retourner dès que possible.

La façade de la " demeure" a du cachet, mais dès que nous entrons à l'intérieur, on se sent mal à l'aise...: tous les murs sont sombres... Dans le couloir qui mène à la chambre, une odeur de tabac...qui est très gênante ... Les murs de la chambre sont aussi très foncés, le matelas est mou et l'ambiance date d'une autre époque... Bref, il serait grand temps de rénover tout cet hôtel pour le mettre au goût du jour !! ...et justifier 3 étoiles.... l'ancien a du charme quand la rénovation est réussie..des tons clairs et doux changeraient le ressenti ! Actuellement on ne ressent que des ondes négatives... Allez, on passe à table pour un dîner qui se veut extraordinaire, à la lecture du pedigree du " maître" des lieux et des commentaires. Mais alors, quelle déception !! Le " maître" serait- il amnésique ? Une entrée, un plat et un dessert imposés sans aucun autre choix..... présentation quelconque et rien d'extraordinaire dans les assiettes... Il aurait été préférable de ne pas proposer une demi pension.... Pour rejoindre la salle du petit déjeuner, l'odeur de tabac dès le matin est très gênante.. Le petit déjeuner...: des petites viennoiseries carbonisées, remplacées aimablement par des ... autres pas assez cuites ( problème de four.."Maître"?...), du pain dur, les étiquettes des sachets de thé flottant dans l'eau, du jus d'orange industriel de mauvaise qualité, un yaourt par personne...pas de fruit frais .. Bref : une impression de s'être fait complètement avoir .... Le prix n'est pas justifié par rapport aux prestations... Nous n'y retournerons jamais !!
