Location is great. Wasn’t able to try the breakfast but room was clean and spacious.

Staff were friendly. However, the building was not well maintained.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Saint John and had an excellent experience. The service was top-notch, and I want to specifically mention Nithin for his exceptional service during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.

The front desk clerk jacey, is so upbeat, personable, friendly, just totally someone you'd love to hang out with. She made our stay even better

I stayed in the whirlpool room and we had a blast! We did find some Cheetos in between our bed and nightstand but other than that it was great! The staff were all very friendly!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was a lot of kids there as there was a hockey tournament in town that weekend and we didn’t know so there was a lot of noise and kids running up and down the halls wrecking havoc. The whirlpool was gross, looked like it hasn’t been clean in days, lots of scum on the top of the water so we didn’t use it. The breakfast was ok. People that brought their dogs let them poop on the property and they didn’t clean it up so that was disgusting as we almost walked into it a couple times. The shower needs repair, well maybe not the shower but the tile as it’s falling apart. There isn’t really a seal between the shower doors and the bathroom so water was pooling on the floor.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Jane was so friendly, helpful and professional. I was here for a meeting with NBCC and she even upgraded my room! And....she signed me up for the rewards program. I also met George & James - who were extremely helpful and kind. The young man (didn't catch his name) in the cafeteria was a ray of sunshine. He greeted every single guest that sat down for breakfast. All in all - one of my favourite places to stay....because of the staff.

Lots of options for breakfast, quick self service. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We attended a funeral at Fundy Funeral Home and St. Joseph’s cemetery very close to both.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect, loads of food outlets and shops very close by. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing, it gets very, very noisy (especially the ground floor rooms) from around 7am to 11pm and you can hear the people in the rooms upstairs moving around (loudly). The ground floor corridor gets very wet from the swimming pool users but it gets cleaned very quickly.

My 3 year old really enjoyed the pool and water slide, and having a hot tub is also a bonus.

The breakfast was great as well as the location. The construction of the hotel itself isnt ideal. Noise carries easily so dont expect a relaxing or quiet stay and sleep. Bathrooms are looking really tired with cracked tiles and moldy caulking around the tub.

Always love staying at the Hampton. Docked one star because the hot tub is gross, she really needs cleaned. Other than that, it’s my favourite hotel.
