A woman at reception not at all friendly, no smile This is not an ideal place to sleep peacefully and rest well after a long trip because a lot of noise and frankly not comfortable at all I prefer to add 15 euros more and go in a normal hotel with a private room I won't come back anymore and I don't recommend

Very good value for money for this new generation youth hostel, all the staff were pleasant and competent. A special mention to the chef at Birgit for his delicious homemade cakes, fruit salad, raspberry coulis and everything else at breakfast. I recommend this youth hostel as well as the XL breakfast

The rooms are clean but the hotel is under construction and it is noisy. The elevator was broken, no TV, bathroom with broken tray and plastic shower curtain. Afterwards it was not expensive so you shouldn't complain too much either. If you are just looking for a place to sleep it will be fine.

Despite the very friendly staff, we are disappointed because the hotel is under construction, the entrance to the halls and elevator are in poor condition. In the evening, we heard the sounds of the neighbor's TV (they were lucky because they had one, not us) and at night, we were woken up by the passages in the hallway.
