I can’t describe how upset I am for my family and family of friends, whom I also persuaded to rent a room in this hotel... If you came for the day to take a photo in the window, you will probably have a good impression. If you are planning to spend the night and are also traveling with children, just read the following points. The elevator runs from the 3rd floor. If you're lucky, there will be a guy at the door to help you with your things. We were unlucky - we had to carry 3 suitcases of 20 kg each ourselves. There was always a strong smell of cigarettes in the 4th floor corridor. The shower stall is dirty, the joints between the tiles in the shower are yellow. The mesh on the hair dryer is covered in dust, it’s unpleasant to take. The trash can in the shower does not close; “traces” of other guests are visible on the back of the lid. The robes are torn. The toilet paper holder hangs on self-tapping screws, we almost cut ourselves with it. The safe doesn't work. The administrator came and tried to help, but it was not possible to change the code. The outer frame of the window is old and dry, the window does not close well. There is a crack in the glass. When there was a strong wind, the outer frame opened and we all woke up from the roar. The bed is squashed in the middle. You go to sleep on one side and roll into the center. There is zero sound insulation. If the neighbors are just talking, you can carry on the conversation if you wish. At the end of our stay at the hotel, at about 7.00, drunk neighbors moved into room 406 with wild screams and obscenities, woke us up and scared my child. I called the reception several times, they promised to take action, but they never did anything. As a result, we had to leave the room, then return, pack our things and move out, because it was scary to be there - the neighbors were screaming, moving furniture, opening windows with force, and we could hear the sound of glass clinking. It's a pity that you can't attach a video. The administration apologized, but the only solution offered was to upgrade our room class on our next stay. It sounded like a mockery; it’s obvious that you don’t want to return to such a hotel.

The rooms are the smallest that I have seen, although the photos and reviews seem to be the opposite, I took the simplest room and its area was 9 meters at most. The room is furnished with the cheapest furniture that exudes a terrible smell of chipboard (apparently new), this is needed for several months leave the window open to weather. I left the hotel 10 minutes after checking in, wrote an application for a refund, it was May 7, they promised to return it within 14 days. Today, May 24, of course, the money was not returned, I called 4 times during business hours and each time I received an answer like: "we have transferred the information to the accounting department, they will contact you." Of course, no one contacted me and it's not about 7000 rubles, but in the relationship itself, this is a failure, I strongly recommend not to contact this hotel.

So, I’ll start with what 2 stars are for, the location is the most ideal, opposite the Kazan Cathedral, the very center, from here it’s a stone’s throw to the main locations. There are no questions about cleaning and staff in general, you are met at the bottom, then the reception steps, but only if one person entered. We were on a business trip and there were four of us and it turned out to be a collapse, unfortunately 2 foreigners also came and then everything stopped, an hour of waiting for a room, we arrived at 23-00, and of course we wanted to check in and go to bed as soon as possible. The room is average, the mattress is hard and the toilet and shower are constantly running, although the hotel looks new. And the most pain for two days of breakfasts. Breakfast menu, well, it would seem not scary, only 2 dishes of scrambled eggs and porridge. And waiting for all this, including coffee for at least 40 minutes, when asked if at least coffee will be soon, they shrug their shoulders. The review contains only facts, I do not advise to visit.

Rested with friends, did not regret choosing this hotel! Location is fire! Directly opposite the Kazan Cathedral! EVERYTHING is within walking distance! Worked up along the Nevsky!) I really liked the hotel! The rooms are new, filled with everything you can! What pleased me more was a coffee machine, I got up in the morning, poured coffee, beauty! Comfortable bed! The most beautiful view! The hotel has an awesome view restaurant! Special thanks to the hotel staff who did everything for our comfort! We will definitely return!

We arrived on vacation in snowy St. Petersburg. The trip was not canceled, well, that means in the winter! But, as soon as we arrived at the hotel, all our sorrows were dispelled! How beautiful and pleasant! A room with two bedrooms, a common area, 2 huge bathrooms, all cosmetics, and coffee and tea and water .. the room has EVERYTHING! 😉 A View!! Kazan Cathedral is right opposite and the feeling that you can reach it with your hand! We were delighted with breakfasts with fresh juices and brewed coffee .... Waffles with salmon - I recommend to everyone !! In general - from now only in Kempf Nevsky! ✨✨✨✨✨ THANKS! For a wonderful weekend!!!

Вызвали на работу, вынужден был уехать из Кемпф Невский на 1 день раньше. Документы о проживании мне выслали на почту, а мою просьбу переделать и актуализировать их в соответствии с фактическим временем проживания уже 20 дней игнорируют под разными предлогами. Деньги за 1 сутки, которые я там не проживал, конечно тоже возвратить не получается - есть соответствующий пункт в договоре, о котором я узнал, когда оплатил бронь и получил на почту договор. Советую учитывать при планировании дат проживания. В чистом полотенце при заседении обнаружил чужой длинный и черный волос. НЕПРИЯТНО.

Останавливались в Kempf Nevsky 4* в сентябре на 3 ночи с 12 по 15.09. Гостиница расположена напротив Казанского собора.В соседнем здании с домом Зингера.Окна люксов в этой гостинице с видом на Казанский собор.Дверь в гостиницу открывает швейцар.Если вам надо,поможет отнести багаж до номера. Пролеты между этажами очень широкие,немного трудновато подниматься. Заселение в гостинице в 14-00.Мы приехали рано,нам предложили сдать чемодан в комнату хранения и погулять.Если номер будет готов,позвонят.В итоге засели в 14-00. Номер был у нас Смарт с окнами во двор без питания. Номер большой с двумя окнами,с высокими потолками и люстрами под хрусталь. Двуспальная кровать не очень широкая,прикроватные тумбочки,большой ЖК телевизор,письменный стол,шкаф с вешалками,халатами,тапочками.Бесплатный сейф,хороший:)ноутбук вмещается.Мини холодильник.Чайник,кофеварка,набор для чая и кофе.Прихожая,удобно повесить верхнюю одежду.Есть кондиционер,уверенный wi-fi. Ванная комната просторная,с душевой.Есть шампунь,кондиционер,бальзам для тела,зубные щетки и мини тюбики с пастой,фен.Зеркало в ванной с подсветкой.Есть весы.Что не понравилось-нет полочек,где бы все это стояло и крючков для халатов. Окна номера у нас выходили в так называемый колодец.Напротив работали рабочие,поэтому окна всегда были закрыты шторами. Убирались нормально,2 бесплатные бутылки воды подкладывали регулярно.Полотенца меняли каждый день. Мы брали проживание без завтраков. Гостиница находится в самом центре Невского.Выходишь-куча кафешек и ресторанов на любой кошелек.До всех достопримечательностей спокойно можно дойти пешком. Не отказали себе в удовольствии поужинать в барe WIN-WIN c прекрасным видом на Казанский собор. В нем ,кстати,проходят завтраки. В общем,гостиница и её расположение понравились.Рекомендую.

Отель расположен в самом центре города, прямо напротив Казанского собора, в доме Гансена, рядом с метро Невский проспект. Здание историческое, хотя не так известно, как примыкающий к нему дом Зингера. Просторный номер, большая ванная комната, высокие потолки, отзывчивый персонал. В номере есть сейф, чайные принадлежности, бутылки с водой каждый день. Хороший и устойчивый Wi-Fi, интернет всегда доступен. Вокруг гостиницы множество баров, кафе и ресторанов, в самой гостинице тоже есть бар. Его реклама - хороший ориентир при поиске входа в отель. Из особенностей - в отеле нет лифта, что впрочем вполне компенсируется любезностью портье, всегда готового отнести ваш багаж и покупки на нужный этаж. Автомобилистам надо быть готовым к тому, что автостоянка в Центральном районе Петербурга, где находится гостиница, платная с 8 до 20 часов, 100 рублей за час. И найти место вблизи отеля не всегда легко.

Приятный, чистый и комфортный отель. В номере оптимальная температура, чистый санузел. Удачное месторасположение. Особая благодарность администартору отелю Юлии Тясто - внимательный, быстрый и радушный прием. К тому же потрясающая внешность.
