Worst hotel and staff I have ever seen. I payed the bill advance online but room reserved for me. Never ever book any room here!

Cheap place to sleep whilst waiting for a ferry. Wouldn't want to stay there for longer as Arabic is not my language of choice. A lot of economic migrants hanging about waiting to milk the UK

Does what it says on the tin. A reasonable stop over hotel in close proximity to the Eurotunnel. The hotel could not find our reservation as apparently they don’t use ********** for reservations. It took half an hour, a phone call to the manager and I was sent away being told we couldn’t stay before they finally agreed we had a booking which had been paid for. This was despite showing the reservation details and the payment that had been taken from my credit card. Apparently ********** shows as a different company on their reservations?!
The hotel is currently under renovation with only certain rooms available for stays. Toilets are shared and not great, they were clean when we arrived but less so by the morning as there seemed to be only two toilets between all guests. The rooms were fairly clean, bed sheets were clean although the blankets were full of holes. No towels provided, lack of soap at the sinks and toilets meant it all felt a bit unhygienic. We arrived late and left early, it just about passes as a stop over hotel during a long journey but remember your own towels and definitely take some soap.

Comment décrire la nuit passé dans cet hôtel , vous entrez sur les terres d’une communauté de passage en direction de l’Angleterre , vous vous plierez à leurs manières de vivre. Enfant qui HURLE je choisit bien mes mots croyez moi , jusqu’à 23h30 / 00h (je vous rassure le matin pas un bruit ..)j’ai d’ailleurs appelez l’accueil , malheureusement impuissant face à la situation qui est habituel .. je plaint le personnel.
Pour la chambre , pour faire simple je l’est récupérer et enchaîner avec les occupants d’avant sans même un passage du personnel dans la chambre , pièce de monnaie , gobelet , cheveux et poils dans la chambre …
Une propreté désastreuse , j’ai opter pour la solution de ne pas me laver ..sortant pourtant d’un événement sportif …
Les toilettes , ne compter pas y faire vos besoins , des excréments jusqu’à SUR la cuvette et à côté des toilettes (comment est ce possible ? »
Sans parler du petit sentiments d’insécurité ..
Je ne sait pas comment sont réaliser les avis sur l’application , mais croyez moi , même 31euros c’est déjà BIEN trop cher.
Et pourtant je viens régulièrement dans la région , j’ai l’habitude de ses hôtels qui loge tout types de personne , je ne m’attendez pas à un 5 étoiles , je souhaitez juste un toit sur la tête et une douche , la prochaine fois , je dormirais dans mon camion.
Franchement a fuir.

L hotel est comme un formule 1, sanitaire en commun et très vieillot, pas de serviettes dans la chambre mais un frigo top, très très mal insonorisé. Je n'ai pas apprécié ma nuitée
