Second time staying but this time at Citysuites 2. Absolutely in love with the heated pool and steam room. Also tried out the fully-equipped and well-spaced gym. Reception always friendly and helpful. Room fresh and clean. Lovely selection at brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo stay there again next time we’re back.

We travelled with teenage son for this UK trip so we preferred 2 Bedroom apar**ents, our preference is service apar**ent. This is a good price for this location, this comfort. We booked for 3 nights stay unfortunately they dont provide housekeeping daily, [ no towel change / no dish washing/ etc ] however you may request for housekeeping daily @£45/day!. The rooms are not big though but comfortable enough for 3 adults. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 queen bed , washer , fridge, kitchen, nespresso machine etc .The location is good 5 mins - 10 mins to food, malls etc. They offer special price for car park opposite Qpark at £18/day. That's good for us cheaper than London which cost us £50/day.
Cons: The apar**ent living room lights are too dim, has widnow but locked and feel stuffy.
Pros: we prefer service apar**ents for long trip with family.

The nearby supermarkets, eating, drinking and entertainment are very convenient. The location is excellent. . Secondly, the service of the hotel is very good. From the front desk to the cleaning staff and the maintenance staff, the service is quite good. Especially the cleaning staff saw that my laundry had nowhere to dry and warmly provided me with a floor-standing clothes drying rack. Every other I clean it every seven days and it's pretty clean every time. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool. You can choose different room types according to customer requirements. There are washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, and even pots and pans in the room, which is suitable for long-term business trips or short stays for tourism. 👍!

My stay here was great as always however when we arrived on the 12th Feb with my family, we all experienced a very miserable receptionist who was not very pleasant. It doesn’t hurt to smile and make your guests feel welcome.
I would suggest further training on customer service. Such a a shame as the hotel and facilities are excellent.

Apar**ent was beautiful couldn’t fault it, breakfast was included however we were not aware this had to be booked with the restaurant and the only available times when we checked in were 7am and 7.30am, not ideal for a Sunday morning!
