I stayed in a single room, and the room was clean, the location was good, and the staff was friendly. The hot water came out well, so I had no trouble washing up.

Good hotel, great staff, but no airconditioning. Traffic loud with windows open (otherwise no air) so didn’t sleep well at all.

All staffs are very kind and the breakfast is great,too. The location is very close to mirabell palace. Thought I’ve stayed for 7 days for salzburg festival, it was perfect!!😊

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing with many choices. I like that the hotel was close to dining places, shopping and tourist attractions. Very quiet and large rooms. Staff & adding breakfast to your stay was well worth it.

The room was small but everything else was very good, especially the front desk staff.

Nice hotel in great location with very friendly staff ..a bit dated but that just adds to the character of the building ..only stayed one night but thats good enough to enjoy salzburg
