Fiori Dolomites Experience Hotel Reviews

We moved to this hotel last minute after a horror show at the original hotel we booked in Cortina D'Ampezzo. From that state we were greeted here with a smile and nice snack. The room was very tidy, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very tasty and had plenty. The only remark is that the showe warmth sometimes took a swing between warm, hot and cold.

Have been several times in Fiori Hotel. This time invited big group of my friends with families. Everybody enjoyed the stay in Fiori. Very high service level, Rich breakfast, reasonable prices in bar and best Aperol spitz!. Free afternoon snacks, nice wellness area, amazing views from balcony. nearby good choice of restaurants, supermarket next door. You feel personal treatment from owners and personnel and you are always very welcome to come back.

We liked everything about the place - the room as well all the other areas were nice, modern and clean. The service was always great. We also loved breakfast incl all the sweet pastries as well the served snacks in the afternoon! And Aperol Spritz is the best on town! We definitely come back!

The hotel itself has an excellent just near the St-Mark square, however the entrance of the hotel is hidden on a back street, instead of like the photos of their website, which is right facing the square. We took the rooftop suit with a private terrace, the view was amazing, however the drain of the jacuzzi in the bathroom was quite dirty with a lot of hair and used tissues. But what mostly surprised us was after we checked in and laid in the bed, the hotel staffs opened the door with their key without even knocking the door in advance. We were shocked at that, and they apologized and said it’s because the previous guests forgot their passports in the safer, so they just opened the safer in front of us and took the passports. I mean they could have made a phone call to the room in advance or at least knocked the door before they opened it. We found this was really unprofessional, and it’s very the first time the thing happened during our many years travelling experience.

we enjoyed our stay in your cozy and comfortable hotel , the pastries, breakfast and snacks are delicious! very friendly and helpful staff! the drive to Cortina is worth it, you can enjoy good ski slopes and nice views!

A very nice and beautiful hotel. Excellent staff, Great service! The Happy Hour is nice and bakery tastes like heaven. A perfect place to stay when you are exploring the dolomiti and the area around. I can recommend this hotel to families visiting northern Italy.

This was a wonderful stay!!! We had a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a terrace outside our room. The room a decent size for a night stay, was beautifully decorated, had everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. The outside private terrace had amazing views of the mountains and had chairs and a table. The breakfast was super amazing and super delicious with food coming from their own patisserie! From hot chocolate, to pasties and all the amazing food, that was just delicious!! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone that wants a relaxing holiday in the mountains. When we checked out, the lovely lady gave us a bag of freshly made biscuits for the journey! What a jem!!!

Room was small but perfect for one night. It had all the amnesties needed and a lovely terrace outside the room. The lady receptionist that checked us out was very professional and kind. Amazing breakfast and breakfast staff.

My wife and I had the time of our life here. From an extremely friendly staff, to top notch, new, gadgets and accommodation - I can’t recommend this stay higher. If you want a luxe Dolomites experience look no further

An excellent hotel. Staff all friendly and efficient. Very clean throughout. The Hotel is well located for all the local trekking routes. Highly recommend this hotel. Stayed in September.

Beautiful property in a beautiful place. Staff were friendly, good breakfast, and the late afternoon snack was superb.

We stayed for 3 nights in September and loved our stay! The rooms were modern, stylish and comfortable - with a lovely balcony and amazing views. The staff members were very helpful in planning biking and via ferrata guides. The breakfast was outstanding and prepared you for a full day out with yogurt, fruit, bread, meat and cheese, and pastries. But our favorite part was coming back to the hotel after a full day, spending time in their amazing 'living room' with a beautiful view and a buffet of pastries and cakes. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to be back soon!

This stay exceeded our expectations. Our flights were delayed and we were expecting to get in past their check in times. The hotel was easy to communicate with to make arrangements. Check in was easy and the property is very well maintained. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were very good, as was the bar. The room amenities were great and the beds very comfortable.

This HOTEL IS A GEM great hotel, great room, great service, great cafe/bakery in the first floor, great parking, the only problem I found is the limited amount of choices for restaurants in town. We used the hotel as a base to visit the Dolomites and it was an EXCELLENT HOTEL WE LOVED IT, BOOK IT WITHOUT DOUBTS AND HAVE DINNER IN ANOTHER TOWN.
