We stayed here on a road trip I will admit I read reviews on our room 122 and they were not too favorable so I was a little weary. However- we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by good old 122. The rooms look renovated and very spa like. And had a golf course view. The bed was comfortable. Also there was a chaise there which I slept on since I had shoulder surgery. It was perfect. I asked for extra pillows before arriving in the Bonvoy app. They responded quickly. We dined at the Oak and Shea was our server. She was friendly and kind and sincere. The food was excellent. We both had steaks , cheesecake and pecan pie. While I’m not normally fond of hotel restaurants, this one proved me wrong. The hotel over all was really nice and I wish we could have stayed longer. There is also easily accessible- laundry and ice in the same room. There’s also a microwave and coffee supplies there.

This seems to be a hotel for seniors. Not as up to date as other Marriott labels such as Springhill suites. Comfortable room and bed but no breakfast is included. Carpeting is new but entryway could use an update. I guess if you’re a golfer it would be good.

We stayed there 12/2-12/3 with two rooms on the third floor. Website or app did not state hotel was under renovations. When you got off the elevator the first thing you saw was a microwave on a table and vacuum. Ice machine did not work and construction equipment to the side of elevator. Room was clean and a staff was friendly however the bathroom wood door was peeling. Not a pleasant experience.

The hotel has been updated, the room had new walk in shower. We had a deck with beautiful views. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was a delicious buffet breakfast with omelet station. We were here to visit with family and I would stay there again.

Stayed here because of the golf beautiful courses played the judge 14 holes have water on it. Course was tough but gorgeous. Hotel is at a perfect location lots of nearby shops and restaurants. Have to give special thanks to Ann at the front desk. She went above and beyond helping me get my golf clubs shipped with FedEx.

Our room (booked for three adults) had a sleeper sofa and a king-sized bed. The bed was fine; however, the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. One of us slept in the floor most of the night! We have never stayed in a hotel that charged for breakfast and also charged $5 for a cup of coffee! They charged a pet fee of $140 that we were not told about before we arrived! We certainly would not have booked here if we were aware of all of these expenses and the sleeping accommodations.

First and foremost I do apologize for any issues you experienced. We certainly will inspect the sofa bed to insure it is in good working condition. I would also like to take a moments and clarify a few of the hotel services you had concerns with. The Prattville Marriott is a full service Hotel meaning we have a full service restaurant with servers and kitchen staff for breakfast lunch and dinners. As we are equipped with a full service restaurant Marriott standards dictates that we charge for breakfast as well as all other meals. This is a standard throughout Marriott. A limited service Hotel such as a Fairfield Inn or Spring Hill Suites do not charge for breakfast as they do not have a full service restaurant. There also is a rate option that can be booked that includes breakfast. We do charge for for coffee in the restaurant however, we provide complimentary coffee in each guest room and in the lobby on a daily basis. We are a pet friendly Hotel however, we do charge a one time pet fee to address any sanitation issues that may occur. Our pet fee is a one time charge of $100 plus tax for up to two pets and is clearly listed on our website. If you were mischarged please contact the Hotel and we can review you bill for correction. You would also be able to view on the website if a Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast as part of their offerings. Once again, I do apologize for any issues you experienced and I hope I have helped clarify some of your concerns. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

As usual the beds are perfect. We had a one night stay here with a wonderful diner in the Tavern with friends. Everything was perfect for us. Especially I want to mention Rachel and Kimberly at the reception desk who helped us a lot.very helpful staff, quick and precise answers.

Hotel has all potential to be amazing, however, most representatives take a "good enough" attitude. When I checked in, I asked for an upgrade, she said I was already given an upgraded room, and when I asked if suite is possible, she basically said that my upgrade is good enough. The room was sort of nice. Very unfortunate that mobile reception is very poor in most areas of hotel. Breakfast was pathetic! bunch of empty pots, salmon that looked expired and sandwiches that looked and tasted very strange. They said it was a low occupancy day or something. I tried extending my stay, and the lady said she upgraded me to a suite, however, it was just a room with no balcony, so I cancelled reservation and left. She didnt seem like she cared at all. Thanks for this "good enough" hospitality...

Great place to stay if you are going to play golf at Capitol Hill. Only about 5 minutes to golf course. Nice rooms. Will stay here on next visit to this area. Service was great from everyone that you had contact with.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was AMAZING the room was CLEAN and the location is great. The location of the pool and hot tub makes you feel like you're at a secluded resort. It's so pretty just a great place to stay. 💯 recommend this property to ANYONE. Honestly, best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Pros: Clean, comfortable room, excellent bar and restaurant service with very reasonable food prices. Conveniently close to RTJ golf courses. Cons:: Outdoor patio area for dining, drinking and socializing is totally closed for renovations. I think this should be noted on their website. Room safe was broken. Room was a bit noisy with odd clicking sound from maintenance room next door.

This is a lovely hotel with 3 - 18 hole golf courses, nice dining and comfortable rooms and suites. A bonus is 2 electric car charging stations. We are Marriott Platinum Elite card holders and always enjoy out stay here. On this occasion we had reserved a suite on the third floor. We were given the third floor, but not a suite. We had a long days drive so just accepted the regular room. However, the next morning I went to the front desk to see about moving into the suite we had requested. Stephanie Williams was on duty that morning. When I asked about the suite she said she was a sorry, but they were totally booked. However, she said just a minute let me see what I can do for you. There is a wonderful Presidential Cottage on the property with 6 suites and other amenities for a group meeting. She discovered that one of the suites was available. She went above and beyond to satisfy our request. We had a wonderful stay because of her thoughtfulness. I hope her management will acknowledge her superior service.

They have a really great staff, from the manager who left me a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel to the friendly maids, to the lady at the front desk who waited to take down the coffee until I came down. The room was wonderful as well and I really appreciated the upgrade. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
