Good hotel but not 4 star. Comfortable room, breakfast with little variety, fortunately the very kind Mrs. Antonietta prepared me some delicious scrambled eggs on request.

Spacious, modern room with two balconies and a sea view. Soft and very comfortable big bed. Beautiful and unique hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely place to stay!

Externally the structure seems very well made and the photos on the Internet give us hope. However our experience is overall negative. The hotel lacks some key features to be called a four star. First of all, for our entire stay we did not have access to the Internet and inside the hotel the telephone line is very poor. We were told, from day one, that the problem depended on the telephone company. Certain. We asked for double pillows to make up for the very limited ones supplied and were told "We've run out of them". The noise from the minibar is embarrassing and becomes a problem for light sleepers. As well as the noise from the street next door, which none of the hotel staff seems to care about. We had to ask for hangers to hang clothes in the wardrobe. Breakfast (with products of dubious quality and not particularly rich) is served by a single person who does not have time to serve the tables and clear the table, result: the tables are in disarray and sometimes there are no place settings ready to sit. You have to ask for coffee and it is served in food-grade paper cups. The cleaning is summary, our room was not cleaned even once during our stay (three nights), only the bed was made. The very narrow bathroom and the shower (with curtain!!) not working due to limescale. The dirty curtains and bedhead, as well as the walls and desk. Embarrassing. In this condition it is NOT worth the money it costs. Four stars definitely deserved fifteen years ago. Not now.

The hotel is not bad. Unfortunately it has no parking, and is located in an area that is not very accessible and quite difficult to find. The room is simple but complete with everything you need. Unfortunately we encountered a total lack of hot water due to a boiler failure.

Ideal place for those who want to stay in Sant Agata di Militello and have a strategic point of reference because it is close to the motorway exit and very close to the centre. Truly pleasant welcome, elegant room with sea view and undoubtedly excellent value for money! We had a really good time, just one piece of advice, if I am allowed it as constructive criticism, of course...the mattress for those with back problems is too firm. I would give the customer the opportunity to choose, perhaps having some rooms available with a memory foam mattress in so as not to get up with a sore back... Breakfast is fine, I also found vegetable milk on request and there was also the possibility of taking dried fruit such as hazelnuts, raisins, etc. However, the quality of the homemade cakes does not always need to be improved Saying it's homemade is synonymous with goodness! For the rest everything is ok, ultimately taking into account the value for money I sincerely recommend it!

I have been a guest at this hotel several times and yesterday once again I was able to appreciate the formula which, without frills, gives you a passage in style and comfort. Whoever thought of the project, with great intelligence and ability, created an offer absolutely suited to the needs of those like me who have "one shot" but continuous needs. Each room is designed and furnished with taste and attention. In terms of amenities and services, I repeat without frills, they offer the maximum: cleanliness, connectivity, TV set, toilet accessories, etc, in rooms that are all different, spacious, top-furnished and functional. I mention the location also because yesterday morning I went to dive into the fantastic sea of ​​Sant'Agata just 4 steps away, ready for a magical breakfast. And here is a special mention that alone would be worth the choice: Antonia. The start of a day at work requires calm but also attention and, now rare, kindness. In addition to the complete offer, the always present and excellent homemade cakes (by her), without intrusiveness you are impacted by Antonia's courteous but super happy and sincere attention. I say sincerely happy because you see that she likes being able to make you have a peaceful, tasteful... nice moment. I asked her how much the joy and happiness it conveys, the magical component of breakfast, sold for per kilo, and she even told me it was free. What more can I say... I will always gladly return to Palazzo Fortunato.

The structure is well looked after, modern but with an elegant taste, equipped with all comforts and with very friendly, helpful and extremely friendly staff, ready to satisfy the customer's needs, a special mention goes to the lady who takes care of breakfast. The sea view is the setting for a perfect relaxing and comfortable stay.

A renovated hotel in a very respectable period living context. The room assigned to us was quite large and comfortable. If I have one note to make, it is that while staying two nights, the maid did not come to arrange the bed and clean the bathroom and the first every time it happens to me...it's a shame, I would have definitely given something more, it's okay, generous breakfast and helpful reception staff.

Struck by this enchanting historic building recently renovated a stone's throw from the sea. What can I say, beautiful, welcoming, functional and above all clean, very kind staff, breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory but I recommend the desserts made by the very nice Antonia

Returning for the second time I found the same atmosphere and the "sweet" welcome of Mrs. Antonia and her freshly baked cakes for breakfast! The receptionist service was also excellent...
