Cute renovated old hotel with the vintage elevator very charming. However, I booked the hotel because it was promoted as a hotel with a spa. However, it did not have a spa and recommended a spa that was several miles away. Although I think I might go back cute.

I had the most lovely time  staying here. The service was amazing.  The staff so friendly and kind. The location is ideal and I can’t wait to go back for another visit

We stayed in room 220. It was a family King. It was spacious and clean. We had 2 bathrooms which was cool. We each had our own bathroom. The bathrooms are small but they have everything you need. The room was pretty quiet. You could hear people only if they stood outside the door to talk which happened once during our 2 day trip. We enjoyed some drinks and appetizers at Coast and Olive ( the hotel restaurant). We also enjoyed walking to breakfast at Jeannine’s. We walked to Ca’Dario for dinner . The place is great and super friendly staff. We loved the hotel. We’ll be back.

I really tried to like this place. It's ”charming” (aka old and SMALL). From the minute I got to my room there were issues. I got in late and wanted to shower but the shower was not draining so they had to send someone to my room to fix it at 9:30pm. Room service was supposed to be available but there was not a single thing on their late night menu (that they don't post anywhere) that was vegan. In the morning I noticed bugs on the carpet. I called down and it took them over an hour to send up housekeeping to confirm (like seriously - you thought I was lying?!). Housekeeping picked up one of the termites and said ”ya - that's termites” and THREW IT BACK ON THE FLOOR! 30 minutes later the front desk called and asked if I'd like to change rooms (uh - no, I'll sleep with the bugs - seriously?!). They moved me to one of their larger suites on the 3rd floor and then tried to charge me for that room ”upgrade” upon check out. From top to bottom, I'd never stay here again. 

We had a great stay.  Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful.  The Hotel is somewhat pricy but was a worth the money.  Hotel is located close to the beach, a 3-block walk, close to restaurants and boutique shopping.
