Beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was courteous. Downside was the slamming of doors early hours of the morning from housekeeping while they were cleaning other rooms and the blowing of leaves this made it difficult to sleep or for a quiet escape. Queen size beds for traveling families would be a nice addition to the spacious double room. Overall good experience.

Not a preferred place to stay if your concerned about quietness. The walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors having romantic time.

The Hotel St Francis is located in the heart of Santa Fe. It’s an easy walk to galleries, restaurants and shops. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Always a good stay at St. Francis! Older property, but always clean and always doing improvements. Love having Secreto and Gruet conveniently located.

Great location, beautiful lobby, friendly and helpful staff. Just a tiny tiny room. I love historic places and know tiny rooms are just a part of choosing historic places but this one was next level small. The bed and linens were comfortable though.

The St. Francis Hotel has a distinctive simplicity and charm linked to its past as a monastery. Its location is quiet but an easy walk to restaurants, shops, an excellent independent bookstore, art galleries, historic sites, and government buildings. It houses a very good restaurant and bar. The St. Francis staff are unfailingly helpful, patient and well trained.

This is beautiful historic property located just a block off of Santa Fe Plaza. The art displayed, along with the antique furniture pieces throughout are interesting. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. My only issue with the hotel is that they charge a $30/day “resort fee”, despite not having a pool, gym, or other typical “resort” amenities. They offer access to these amenities in their nearby sister properties.

Beautiful hotel with close proximity to the Plaza. Comfortable rooms. Very quiet and enjoyable setting.

The bedroom and bathroom were very small, the lighting in the bathroom was very dim and especially for administering makeup.There was no breakfast offered for the price and it required a trip off the property to get breakfast. Our wine tasting, adjacent to the lobby, at the Gruet Winery was exceptional. Overall the hotel possessed a lot of charm.

Beautiful place. Clean room. Very accommodating. Central location, walking distance to lots of places to eat, listen to live music and lots of history to experience.

It was valet parking only and it was convenient for the downtown parking situation

Nice entry and shared spaces but tiny little rooms. The bed is comfortable and the linens were nice. The bathrooms were tiny and out dated. We were unable to adjust the heat in the room and it was way too warm to sleep so we had to open the windows to cool off but the road noise from the road kept us up until 3am.
