Reservei 2 quartos, e quando chegamos fomos colocados no último andar, andar esse que tem muitos barulhos no forro, não dormi a noite inteira, de manhã percebemos que tinham fezes de rato nas cobertas da cama e que estavam caindo do forro, uma experiência horrível, nunca mais virei nesse hotel, os antendentes sabiam da situação dos quartos e mesmo assim nos colocaram aqui, esse hotel está mais para hotel inferno do que hotel Paraiso. Me senti em cativeiro e não descansei nada, caso pegue alguma doença como a leptospirose ou hantavírus foi por causa dessas fezes de rato. Lixo de hotel. Ademais, o último andar inteiro tem cheiro de rato, o quarto parece que não é limpo desde 1990. No outro quarto tinham rachaduras na parede e infiltrações

A estadia foi tranquila, mas o interfone estava com problemas, o frigobar não era abastecido.
Recepcionista não mostrou muito interesse em auxiliar com indicação de lanche.
Mas o café da manhã foi bem surtido.
