補充一下：如果是年青人或者一家人一起旅遊，會喜歡住泳池別墅，裏面有微波爐、煮食爐及餐具，可以買菜自己煮。我們年長一些的，喜歡聚在一起喝喝茶聊聊天，高層露台海景房間就很好，露台有一個泡浴池，一邊泡一邊看海景、夕陽十分寫意，樓下也有一個標準泳池，有救生員看守的，也比較安全。

很nice，環境設施跟圖片是一樣的。主要來三亞是來放鬆的，晚上睡覺也很安靜。小區還有沙灘，可以去玩~需要什麼東西也都能很好的服務周到。離免税店也很近！下次還會選擇他家~

房間很大很乾凈，小區內出來有一片私人海灘，非常安靜，老闆人特別的好，晚上接了我們第二天還把電動車借給我們，藉此周邊小遊了一下，非常推薦大家去住，淡季也好實惠的價格！

設施齊全，服務周到，空間寬敞，上下兩層卧室，互不打擾，餐廳也夠大，可温馨小聚，切實感受別墅小院的感覺。重點説游泳池，非常大，水質好，孩子玩得很開心。空調也很給力。最後，注意多措並舉防護蚊蟲！周圍安靜！

首先進去感覺各方面比想象中要好的很多很乾凈，所有的床單被罩和五星級酒店差不多，有兩個房間和朋友一起來感覺很划算，有個泳池，孩子們也可以在裏面玩耍，民宿的老闆服務特別好，我給孩子過生日，幫我拿了很多桌椅板凳可以讓朋友們一起玩，我自己忘了帶木炭民宿老闆也幫我可以提供，最後也沒讓我付錢，給一個大大的贊

這個民宿在土福灣最大最高檔的小區福灣1號裏面，小區環境很好，綠化很好，安靜舒適，還有游泳池。推開門的第一眼就很驚艷，房間很乾凈，大家看圖片，裝修風格很喜歡，老闆很有眼光，設備很新。還有廚房可以做飯，設備齊全。買菜去外面超市也很方便，民宿還有自己的小餐廳可以點菜。工作人員小李還去上家接我們，態度謙和有禮，讓人很舒服，感覺物超所值，住之前擔心的踩雷一點都沒有。陽台超大，小區綠化很好。

這回在陵水海棠福灣，入住了海濤民宿，確實有非常不一般的休閑度假體驗。先説大環境，沒想到陵水海棠福灣的沙灘如此宜人，乾淨清凈且平靜，遊客不多，水質優良，沙灘細膩，基本沒有風浪，極度適合帶着小朋友臨海玩耍，視野開闊，景色好，有興趣的朋友還可以“趕海”，確實別有情趣；再説入住情況，這個海棠福灣海濤民宿，位置好，距離海灘近，散步十分鐘即到，住的別墅，非常適合組團和帶小朋友來度假的人羣，房間大，床鋪條件好，整理乾淨衞生，家居配套設施齊全，可做飯（其實海濤民宿也提供飲食，説實話，吃了幾頓，這廚師水平真不錯，飯菜可口，起碼二級廚師水平），別墅還有自己的小泳池，非常適合小朋友戲水，老闆也很熱情，服務細緻到位。總體來説，這回陵水旅遊，選擇入住海棠福灣的海濤民宿，確實物超所值，度假體會拉滿，簡單寫一下，與大家分享。[憨笑]
