The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even went out of their way to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes. "Great hotel for family. There is an owl at the lobby and turtle near the toilet and children amenities. Hotel has a shuttle to american village too. Breakfast variety is wide. I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village."
