Nice hotel, definitely recommend , nice amenities, good and clean hotel

Indian food easily available and also bus station to NY is easily accessible.

The lady at the front desk was not nice she treated us in a bad way. The hotel wasn’t very good. The amenities weren’t the best.

The room is large, there are plenty of towels. I had room 215 facing the road and it was noisy. There is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee. Wardrobe . I advise. There is no deposit.

The motel is located on the busy highway to New York. The noise from vehicles is 90% loud all night long. Those who need quiet time to sleep don't need to worry about it.

Asqueroso, el sitio está lleno de mierda, se pegan los pies al suelo, el váter sucio con caca por los bordes, cucarachas en la bañera y lo mejor el ruido ya que está al lado de la autovía y no está nada insonorizado, mejor gastarse algo más de dinero y ver otras opciones, de lo peor que he visto en mi vida.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay for our trip to nyc. The room was very outdated despite their claim that their rooms are newly renovated, which wouldn’t have been an issue at all if our room had been clean, which it was not. There was trash behind and underneath all the furniture and in some of the drawers. Stains on the blanket, towels and pillows. We checked in right at 2 pm, dropped out stuff down and left for nyc. We came back around 1 am. We turned off all the lights except one just settling in for the night, when suddenly I saw something scurry across the TV. I immediately jumped up to investigate, and it was a cockroach. I shined my phone flashlight on it and it scurried away. Then I shined my light all around the TV stand hoping I didn’t just see an effing cockroach in my room, and that’s when I saw ANOTHER cockroach crawl inside of the microwave vent. I immediately called front desk to report it. I requested a new room but they were fully booked. I asked what they can do for me and they said sorry you’ll just have to wait for housekeeping tomorrow morning. So we ended up checking out and leaving around 1:30 am. They never offered me a refund. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the area, and we have stayed in MANY rooms throughout NJ at a very similar price point that were always freshly renovated and thoroughly cleaned. I would really like a refund for this room, It was a horrible experience.

Bathroom was dirty and have a lot a lot roach cucarachas I have to let the light on so they don’t came out

Checkin was easy and quick. Women at the desk was very helpful to try and remedy a situation we had. Room was spacious and temperature was easily controled. Large flat screen tv was easy to operate. Not a big issue, but ice and vending machines on 1st floor were available. While we did not have a handicap accessable room, ramps and elevator are there for easy entrance to the office and upper floors. FYI you can only access this hotel from one side of the highway as we found out by using the street address, we had to get off at the next exit which was not far and make a big (2 short traffic lights) u-turn.

It rained and water was leaking into both rooms. There were cockroaches in one room. Fridges not cleaned. Linen not changed for entire stay

Nice that it was close to the Lincoln tunnel & American Dream mall right off the highway but the lady receptionist was not very friendly, bathtub was pretty dirty, beds were springy and the overall look of the lobby and hallways were pretty poor. Okay for the price - had a microwave, fridge & free wifi & parking

The hotel room had mold every where. Bathroom, closet, windows, by the mini fridge, on the A/C, literally everywhere. Wall paper was falling off of the walls. The pillows on the bed were useless, they were super thin. Not to mention the bed was super uncomfortable. The floor you could feel soft spots in/where they re-carpeted over old flooring. Our curtains had rips in them that cooked like a cat got a hole of them. The chair in the room looked like it blood stains or some sort of darker stains on it. (literally put it out in the hall so I didn’t have to look at it)

Not clean, wet carpet due to radiator leaking, switch 2 beds room in 1 king size bed Room without asking. They said they would bring an extra mattress for our child to sleep on and brought thick blanket telling us it’s a mattress

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke, dirty bathroom, unfinished drywall ceiling in the shower, mold on the shower curtain
