Room standard Japanese style hotel but good and comfortable bed for good night sleep.

The staff's service was the worst of any business hotel I've ever stayed at. They were very businesslike and would interrupt your conversation. And of course they didn't smile. The breakfast selection was excellent, but the taste... I'd say it was bad, rather than not tasty.

I used it for a live performance at the Sekisui Heim Super Arena. It's a little far from Sendai Station, but I was traveling by rental car so it wasn't a problem. I'd like to use it again.

Parking is charged. The tone of the front desk manager is very stiff and service awareness needs to be improved. The business twin room has two small rooms separated by a bathroom partition, which is suitable for colleagues or friends.

スタッフの方々の対応は素晴らしかったです。 笑顔でとても丁寧にしていただきました。 設備が最先端とはいきませんが、無駄がなく、ベッドの仕様も私好みでゆっくりできました。 ちょっと駅から距離があるのと、横道に入るので行きはドキドキしてしまいました。

周りにたくさんの飲食店があり、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。また東北に行く際に利用したいと思います。

最大的優勢就是位置方便，離仙台站很近。設施比較老舊，淋浴花灑水壓低，水温不穩定。服務差強人意，算是一般快捷酒店的水準吧。

地方方便，早餐比之前差咗，服務方面就唔錯。

朝食は作りたてでよかった。
